I am an RN that has worked for this company and stayed for 2 years. If you want to work for a company that lacks accountability then this is the right place for you to work. I do not believe that the actual owners are aware of the lack of integrity/accountability but management is aware. You have a few nurses that are the glue to what keeps this place running as well as some other members of the staff. The CCHTS that work for the company are not valued what so ever and are treated like the help they are spoken down to, they cant stand up for themselves without feeling like they will lose their jobs. I can say that I had the pleasure of working with a couple of the best technicians and I truly appreciated their efforts, guidance, and work ethic. Some of the RNs such as myself, are not treated fairly because they tend to cater more to the nurses that have been here a longer time. The quality of the work that is done here is mediocre everyone does their own thing there is no one way of doing anything which for myself defeats the purpose of having a policy and procedure. There is someone who is over the auditing and quality and as much as she tries, she does not get the back up that she deserves. Anytime you try to have structure or implement what is in the policy you are ridiculed. On the flip side of this coin, if you want to simply make money, follow no rules, and have no one really breathing down your back then work here. Good luck to Future employees.

The company needs new management and people in charge . Nothing is organized. Communication is very poor.
