Excellent climate storage, had teak furniture in unit for two years no problems. Just be prepared they raised prices every year, +25% after my two years. Local management is terrific, I realize they don’t control the rates.

The process of paying for my storage unit was easy and the person was friendly and helpful

We have been using Life Storage for a couple of years now. The location is super convenient for us and Kathy has always been helpful and great at communication when we need to add spaces. We have had Zero issues with the gates, which is a Big Plus, as we are in and out daily.

We used this storage for roughly 7 months from June 2020 to January 2021 to store our home furnishings while we were having our new home renovated. I rented a 10x10 and 10x30 and my experience was good until it was time to move out. Rats destroyed a lot of our furniture and items in our 10x30 unit. This included a sectional, loveseat, rugs, dressers, TVs, a box spring and several boxes. Once the unit was cleared we found 3 dead rats inside and a hole in the back of the unit. We tried doing the right thing and bring this to the attention of the storage who initially seemed like they would be willing to help compensate for the damage. However, upon speaking with the manager, Kathy, she said there was nothing that they would do and tried to blame the hole in the unit as damage caused by the furniture. I’m not one to write a bad review but the pictures speak for themselves and I don’t want anybody to deal with this. Our 10x10 unit was somewhat better but did have plenty of rat poop. We’ve rented several times at different storage units including a Life Storage in North Richland Hills over the years and have never experienced this.

Kathy is super friendly i love the space i was rented its the right size for what i needed havent had any issues and it is in an affordable rate couldnt of been mre satisfied with the pricing

Convenient, clean and well maintained. Access is secure but easy. Manager Kathy George is friendly and vey professional. Rental process is automated and quick to complete. Pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing. And the storages were definitely worth the money spent. Also you can leave your stuff there feeling comfortable that nothing will happen to it.

Never had a more positive customer service experience.EDIT: we have been there for a while now, we had to move because of rats. All of our couches were covered in rat poop, well, everything was. People are nice but the quality is lacking.

Great prices, helpful staff, secure units. The online account is easy to manage and the email invoices are great for a business user that must keep records of expenses. Good stuff. My previous experience with storage units involved a lot more hassle so i appreciate when things go smoothly.
