This place is so unprofessional. We had Andrew come out to our house on 3-15-2021 to look at our washing machine. He said that we needed a new water pump and seal. No problem we said and paid the 70.00 for the visit. Andrew said that he will order the part and put the 70.00 toward the price of installing new pump and seal. Today is 6-9-2021 and we still have not had our dishwasher repaired. No one will return my calls. I call at least 3 times a week and leave a message each time. Call me back and repair my machine or give me my money back and I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
