I went in for an oil change and 1 headlight replacement. I left with oil all over my car, INSIDE AND OUT, and BOTH my lights out. They refused to even attempt to fix their mistake, claiming it was a fuse problem. The car smells horrible now. Our neighbor helped us buy bulbs and replace our lights, and now they work well. We found out one of bulbs was broken and the other had burst, so they didnt even try to replace them, or put faulty bulbs in. Completely incompetent shop. Will never use Walmart again. Road Runner in Laverkin is the best shop Ive ever used, but walmart was closer so I decided to try.

I was waiting at the register for 20 minutes after I asked how soon Id be able to get an oil change. It was a 2 hour wait. I figured Id get it done the next day, but whyd it take them 20 minutes to tell me one sentence.

Needed tires. The tire department took almost 2.5 hours to install four new tires and we were the first in the bay. If we didnt need tires we would have passed on Walmarts tire department.

Ive been going Auto in my car done in oil and that theyve been very good about it tell me what I need and what I dont need I think they do a good job

I was told it would take an hour, so I went to do some shopping and 10 minutes into my shopping got paged that my car was ready to go. Had a lot of things planned that day, and it made everything else go so much easier

The Hurricane Auto Care Center is always friendly, fast, and polite. Their part of the store is always clean and well organized. I wish every Walmart Auto Center was this good.

This place is a joke. they did me dirty with a bad tire, didnt even make it 200 miles and the tire blew.had chang the tire in the snow and there wasnt a tire center open for 100 miles because of covid. Called the place and they pretty much told me I was on my own and wouldnt pay for a different tire. they are not honest, they left me in the snow and they will do it to you too. very angry and will not come again ever

Reg and the team got me in and out for tires at less than 50% the price of tire pros down the road ($113/tire vs $250/tire). Service took a few hours but that was without appointment on a Saturday. We were thrilled to have it done same day as other places we called were booked all day.In Hurricane, I dont see any reason why you would go somewhere else.

First time we used this stores garage. They are still working on our car. It is one busy place, so they must be good. Time will tell.

Today we got treated like non paying customers. We went to the tire center to buy tires, we waited in line, got pushed back in line so the lady could help a gentleman to cash out his vehicle that just got done, than got up to pay for the tires and she looks right at us and tells us she cant waste 2 more minutes of her time because it was her lunch time. She than tells us that someone else will help us, but no one was at the front desk. Tire sale down the drain because the lady couldnt waste 2 minutes of her time. Thanks lady at the tire center, your a peach.

Could not be any happier with the service we had today. Josh was awesome when we came in after having a trailer tire blow out about 15 miles up the road. He took the time to find the cause of the blow out and even let our son watch him do some of the work since we were parked out front. Perfect example of someone who takes pride in his work. We are out of towners so odds are we wont be back, but highly recommend to anyone else who needs help. Kelly was also very helpful in getting everything going and helping us pick out the new set of tires and get out the door quickly.Thanks Josh and Kelly. You turned a crummy situation in to a great turnout.

Went in at 7am for a nail in the tire. Was ready to fork out $100 for a new one. Guys patched it up in 15min and costed only $10. Drove thousands of miles and no issue. Highly recommend.

Only car there. Three people on staff. Absolutely rude people. Lost the keys to my car. Slow. Also oil was half a quart low. Agued with me saying it will be fine. Spent 65 dollars for nothing. Go anywhere else. Bad customer service. Bad work. Did nothing to fix the situation.

Horrible! I have been there twice and both times I have regretted it! I took my car in for an oil change and a quick tire rotation. 3 hours later they call me to pick it up only to find out they never charged me for the oil change! Oh thats because they never changed it!Finally, the last time I had my wife take the SUV in as her battery was going had, I didnt think they could screw up a simple battery change right? Well they couldnt get the car to start back up, come to find out they broke the battery terminal while changing out the battery! Needless to say that will be the last time I go there for anything.Save yourself a headache and take your vehicle somewhere else!

Horrible service. Careless around my vehicle with scratches down the passenger side just from a tire rotation. On top of scratching my car, they don’t know how to properly rotate tires. They need to hire certified workers and workers that actually care. I guess you pay for what you get. $10 rotation and a foot long scratch in my car. It would be nice if they put the person would did the work on the receipt so I could call him out for his garbage and careless work

This place is almost like any other Walmart Auto Care place. But it seems like theyre always under staffed. And even when theyre fully staffed, someone can stand at the front counter for 30 minutes waiting to be asked What can we help you with? Or Have you been helped yet and be completely ignored. I know this, because this happened to me. They lost my business that day.One time, I purchased tires here and I went to another Walmart Autocare place, and they said they had no record of that transaction. So, dont buy tires here if youre planning on getting some extended warranty or special services.Go to a DIFFERENT Walmart Autocare place. This one... wont record the transaction.

Worst customer service experience!! I was quoted an hour to patch a tire. Almost two hours later the lady at the counter had the worst attitude when asked about the extended wait time. Was told your car has been checked in for exactly 1 hour 8 mins. You can wait. Will definitely find another tire shop next time.

I went and bought a new battery for the truck. They said that they would install it for free so I told them to do it. A few minutes later they came in and told me there was a problem with the truck. When I asked what happened they said they replaced the battery and then it wouldnt start. I found this a bit curious so I inquired further. The technician said he thought it was the starter. This sounded logical enough even though I had just replaced the starter a few years ago. After I told him that he said that it was because it had oil on it.I jumped in the truck to try to start it. I turned the key and nothing happened. No lights came on nor did the gauges move. So I grabbed the volt meter to see if they had drained the battery in the attempt to start it. To my dismay the battery was not dead at all. They didnt even tighten the leads. When shown this the technician gave the old huh thats weird. I had him tighten it on and it started first time. That is the last time I will have them do anything. Someone less aware of the way shops can take advantage would have forked over the money and been none the wiser.Tl dl bought a new battery. They didnt even hook it up. Told me the starter was bad. Caught them in the act. Acted dumbfounded.

They sell good quality car batteries for a decent price.

Been there two times. You pull up and there isn’t even a line of cars, the “mechanics” in the shop aren’t even in uniform and just stare at you... Shame because they are the cheapest in town... but the service shows. I just drove away this time haha.

Went for a oil change 3 months ago tried to get one done today and they told me the last oil change they cross threaded the plug.

Came in today to have a tire put on to replace the one we blew...took these guys less than half an hour to get it all done, cost less than 10 bucks, and Harold was absolutely fantastic explaining everything to us and taking care of all the other customers at the same time!

These guys are incredible. Removed a nail from a tire on my rental car, repaired and pressurized it and had it back on the car in under twenty minutes for just ten bucks. My vacation could have gone really bad, but it didnt. Thanks!

Made me buy a new tire instead of repairing one I brought in, a week later taking it to a different tire shop they repair it and tell me whoever made me buy the new one was very dishonest telling me a repair wasnt possible. Will never go back.

One wouldnt think of Walmart as the place to get tires but I do now, the service was outstanding, I was second in line of eight and the sails clerk didnt let the pressure overwhelm her, I gave her my tire size and we looked up a tire that was in my price range, first thing she asked was how much tread was left on my tire, I said about a half inch, she suggested that I check the tire wear bump in between the treads on my tire,I said thank you so very much and in the parking lot I checked the wear bump in between the tread and wow I had almost a half of a inch above the bump, I will certainly come here to get my tires
