I went in for a simple oil change, and was told it would be 45mins, 4 hours later they finally finished. I couldn’t get a ride home, so i had to sit there for 4 hours waiting for a simple oil change that should’ve taken an hour MAX. very disappointed :/

I was on vacation with my family, when something punctured a tire. We put the donut on and drove here. Jared quickly worked me in and had the job done on a very busy day before I even finished lunch. Thank you Tire & Auto Center. Thank you Jared.

The manager has the personality of dry toast. No urgency or consideration on their part. They are here to get your money with as little effort as possible. Go to the Cedar city location instead. At least they dont make you feel like you are imposing on them.

My boyfriend and I had car problems while visiting from CO. It started on a Saturday right before the shop was about to close. They couldnt get us in until Monday early afternoon which was greatly appreciated. They had it repaired within a couple hours and at a fair price. Highly recommend this spot for quick and affordable car repairs.

Do NOT take your vehicles to this location. Manager has very poor customer service skills and comes off as aggressive and demeaning. Appointment was made 1 week in advance. Manager made multiple comments about diagnostics being expensive and he did not want to own our vehicle. Insinuating that we did not have the funds to pay. This guy is loosing money for the owner for how he deals with customers.

Great service my family and I were traveling through and had a flat tire they offered a loaner vehicle we got some lunch came back to a fixed tire highly recommend this place.

I went in for a screw in my tire. They got me in quickly and when they came in to talk to me, they said that the screw didnt puncture my tire and there was no charge. They slso checked all my tires air pressure. They gave me the keys and told me to have s great rest of my vacation. 5 star service all the way.

Hal, and the mechanics at the tire and auto center are really great. Customer service is wonderful and Hal is a really great guy and is very helpful and he was able to answer all of the questions that I had before I took my car into the shop to have them take care of it. There was a little bit of a wait time but they got my car into the shop as quickly as possible and got the oil change and headlight fixed as fast as possible.

Rolled through when they were dead and they got my tire fixed well enough to drive home to Denver in only about 15min and $24. Saved our trip home and I cant recommend enough!

I went in to have them simply put air in my front passenger tire. Hal checked all four tires and found a piece of metal stuck in back passenger tire. He showed me a picture of it. So I decided to have him repair the tire. Another young man took the tire off...etc...Well, they realized the metal hadnt done any damage to the tire so they put it back on and sent me on my way with no tire repair charge.Many service centers would have or could have slapped some goop on the tire to make me think they did something, charged me and Id have never known the difference.I appreciate the HONESTY. That means a lot. I am handicapped and have difficulty getting in and out of my truck so I really took them at their word and glad to know Hal wasnt the typical service guy! He is awesome! Thank you!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me get back on the road making my car safe again. They had a couple hour wait and offered to give me a ride if I needed one. Definitely will return for any thing that I need done to my vehicle. Thank you guys for being professional and helpful in the time of need.

The staff at The Tire and Auto Center could not have been more helpful. We came in with a rental car from SLC and a rental company that wouldn’t help us. The staff, Daniel especially, were quick to step in. They identified the problem, got us two replacement tires from another town in under an hour, and fixed everything. Daniel then stayed after closing to continue to advocate for us with our crummy rental company. We could not have been more grateful, especially as out-of-staters, for the kindness, professionalism, and competency that The Tire and Auto Center provided. We would recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job at oil change great price.. they could have communicated with me about time i would be waiting.. etc. There was 1 person ahead of me in the shop I was there for about an hour and 45 mins. I asked them, snd they said.people had left their cars the night before for servicing. Communication would have been very helpful. My front tires are needing to be replaced and I was expecting them to try and sell me some, but not a word....i would go back there...

Lobby was clean, keurig coffee available, they fixed my leak by bending the wheel and it cost me nothing. Supremely happy

I recently had an emergency trip thru their great town, still had 350 miles to go but had car problems and 2 very great young men. NATE and DANIEL, and crew saved the day. They were very thoughtful, polite and went very much out of their way to help me. They not only fixed my car, took me to the motel and as I had to get to my destination the next day, they were going to drive me to St George to get a rental.....a 40 mile trip! LOVE THOSE GUYS. They moved heaven and earth and got me on the road the next day. I cant say enough about them and want to let everyone around Huricane, Utah that THATS THE BEST PLACE TO GO Yea! Goodyear Tire & Auto

When traveling globally Vehicles tend to break down and were glad we met this guy at the counter not only did he care about our vehicle he also cared about our safety during your trip the gentleman out in the shop one of the best mechanic. I used to always go to the Hyundai dealer for oil changes but it started getting tiresome to have to drive to the dealer thats 20 miles one way to get my oil changed. I almost never look in the fliers we get in the mail but I happened to look at it and saw a great price on an oil change and tire rotation which was about half the price of what I pay at Hyundai. I go in, and everyone was very nice. They put me in the system, took my keys and I waited to get my car done. Took a little longer than expected for an oil change and tire rotation but if Im being honest I dont mind because it probably would have taken as long at the Hyundai dealer and I didnt have to drive all that way. I live 1-2 minutes away from here so saving the time to drive back and forth is great for my situation. Lastly, I would like to thank them for being honest. They said my cars fluids, brakes, etc. were good to go, but they did suggest thinking about a brake pad change in the next 1-2 oil changes. I was surprised because the last time I went to the Hyundai dealer they were trying to get me to buy brakes right then and there. I declined because I had things to do, but Im glad I did because I dont want to have to pay for something if I dont need to. I know theyre called stealerships for a reason but its probably the last time I listen to them. Excellent job to the Goodyear staff with their professionalism and honesty. I will be returning here for my car needs.

Good work but this last yr they got greedy and it starting affecting there work i didnt realize they were charging 60% over what i could by the parts for at napa so not going back anymore Just took out the front shocks and there tech used an impact wrench to tighten the bolt and broke it off other side took 400lbs to brake loose if you go to them get a second opinion they rush and break stuff and charge a lot

Great service and honest work. Not available in all areas (private franchise)but if you local and want to use local business. I reccomend highly.I purchased 4 new tires and was driven home and picked up when they were done.Just had a screw discovered in my tire and it was repaired no issues.

Stopped by 1 minute before they opened and asked about an alignment the scraggly guy behind the counter said “ we don’t have any availability till Tuesday “ that’s 3 business days away ....🤷🏼‍♂️ so there are 20-24 car waiting for alignments right now ?! I gave this place a brake because they messed up my car a year ago and now they seem to not even be able to service cars .
