I chose to call Airstream because of the amazing reviews. Kevin lived up to the reviews!! He took my phone call on a Saturday while he was on vacation and then spent time helping me diagnose the problem to help me make it through the weekend. He did this not knowing if he was going to get the job knowing that I may need to call someone else. He communicated clearly. He contacted me first thing Monday morning and gave me flexibility with options for arrival time. When he arrived, he knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem while teaching me about the situation. He has the heart of a teacher and he was personable and friendly. I will use Kevin at Airstream for any and all of my HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend!

Kevin from AIRSTREAM kindly came to our aid after our air went out at 5 PM on Friday and the temp was 110. We will be using him for future maintenance checks.

Kevin was great! He came out within 30 minutes and fixed our A.C. In addition to the capacitor he checked out the rest of the unit to make sure everything else was working its best, which most guys dont do! He went the extra mile. He showed me everything along the way so I understood what was going on. Great Service!

Kevin was absolutely great. I needed service right away. He asked a few questions and was at my home in 30 minutes. He identified the problem. He needed to leave to get the necessary part which luckily was available. He came back and had it fixed in less than an hour. No up sell. Very Pleased.

Kevin is knowledgeable, quick to respond, professional, prompt and fair. He has helped me a number of times at both my office and home. Last summer he saved us several thousand dollars by trying out a number of fixes before the last resort of a new compressor for AC. It was the middle of summer and he jumped on it even though I first called on a weekend. Replacing a faulty circuit board on a 12 year old system did the trick. Best HVAC service in our 20 plus years in So. Utah!

My husband and I recently purchased a home and had some questions regarding the AC unit. We had some conflicting information that came back on the inspection.
