Staff is fast and friendly. Short-medium line around peak hours but moves fast.

PRIORITY EXPRESS package got to Huron distribution center quickly. Since then, its sat there for a week without being delivered. Total joke.

I have mail delivered to my home, but they wont take my outgoing mail. Ive clipped it to show that its outgoing but still didnt take it.

Taking forever to get mail now days, and not just from this distribution center. The whole entire USPS is lacking.... it used to take 2-4 days to get mail, now it takes a week or more. Fail less

I cannot thank the people at Dakota Center enough. My package did not arrive in Watertown when it was supposed to so I called Dakota Center and the people there were unbelievably helpful. Not only was I able to retrieve the package that day but arrangements were made to significantly ease the process, and I was still able to meet my deadline in Watertown. Thank you Diane on the phone! And thank you Steve (I think) who rendezvoused with my package. You guys turned a potentially devastating day into a pretty good one. Thanks again Dakota Center!

ATTENTION: Huron or Sioux Falls Distribution Center. You are sending packages to wrong places. For example: Package was suppose go to Arizona gets sent to CA. Another one suppose go to Oklahoma gets sent to Michigan. I have a package that hasn’t been updated for 4 days. Very bad lately.
