Got a great deal on flooring online and picked up in store. Everyone was super friendly and were able to guide me on loading, flooring is heavier than you might think, make sure to check your vehicle payload when youre deciding on pickup vs delivery.

We bought what was supposed to be high quality bamboo flooring that came with a warranty. Within a few months it started warping noticeably. We contacted Lumber Liquidators and they told us they could not honor the warranty because the flooring was a part of a class action lawsuit. It has been a few years and we haven’t received anything. DO NOT BUY from this company. You cannot count on them to honor their warranties.

The manager, Eric, is phenomenal. He answered all our questions and advised us so that we had the best option for our house...He didnt push us to get the most expensive, but recommended the best option for us.I was also helped by Will, quite a lot, and he was superb

This place is wonderful. Eric the manager and all of the staff are courteous and knowledgeable about the products they offer. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for flooring for their home or office. It was well worth hour hour drive for m my home for this level of service. Guys, thank you so much. This is my second time buying from here. Again, the staff was great help and made sure that I had everything that I needed. I had to wait 10 days for the products to come in, but when they did they were able to easily load them onto my utility trailer. Good prices, good product. They may wind up seeing me a third time.

Excellent flooring store

Cheap floors for an expensive price. They are quick to sell you some cheap flooring for a lot of money. Do your research before shopping here. All the flooring looks great. It doesnt hold up to even the least amount of water. Bubbles.

It is very small, maybe 12x12, dirty and I think in a storage area..it was a wasted 1 1/2 hour drive!!! I would never go back there.

After some initial problems, the corporate office helped me resolve a dispute with the local office while the manager was on vacation. The following Monday I arrived 30 minutes before they opened to return something. Despite them not being open yet the manager came out to the truck and asked if he could help me. Although I had problems with the employees I appreciate the store manager and corporate offices responding to their customers needs.

I am very pleased with my experience at Lumber Liquidators. They have a great selection of LVP flooring and terrific prices. I was helped immediately upon entering the store and Eric was able to answer all my questions and steer me in the right direction.The associate who wrote my order up was friendly and professional. He offered me a sample to take home, and went above and beyond to help me find the best price and work with my insurance company. This was probably the best part of my remodeling experience yet.

My experience with this company is mixed. I had a helpful and courteous sales rep, Will, who guided us through which flooring was best for us. Only problem was a pretty big mix up when the flooring came in. The paperwork was not correct and the problem was found by the installer. Eric personally delivered the missing pieces so we were able to complete the job. The installers, J&C Generations, Inc. were GREAT. Carlos, Jose and Antonio were a very good team and my floor looks wonderful.

Flooring looked good, installers were great. I had two left over boxes of wood, my guess is 50+ square feet, I called them to pick up all the supplies and was told no. I have to bring them back, each box is probably 8 feet long, I explained that I have no truck and would likely need to rent a Uhaul or something to take it back. The salesmen said that was correct. Seriously?? They came and did an estimate and measured the space, sell me a boat load of extra stuff and expect me to rent a Uhaul to return it. Not going back to these jokers.

I have purchashed three types of laminate wood flooring from this store, and I love them! Everyone talks about how beautiful our floors are, and they have the best deals I have seen and best selections of laminate. Only once did it take 3-4 wks for me to receive my wood, and they remained in contact with me about it. The staff is always helpful. I like this store a lot, and I am amazed to see so many negative reviews!

They were very helpful with my order since I did not know anything about the flooring. Also in the middle of putting down my floor I called with a big problem and the lady told me what I was doing wrong. Thankful she knew my mistake.

Found exactly what I was looking for

Without a doubt the worst customer service experience imaginable. Not a single phone call returned, not a single appointment met on time until installation. To get anything done, we had to go yet again in person to get them to even show up. We were also informed that after the installation was complete, we could return the unopened boxes of hardwood. When we tried to return the wood (which by the way, they over estimated by 3 full boxes how much theyd need), they tried to go back on their word and say they wouldnt take it back. This was of course wood purchased based on the square footage THEY calculated.Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

Its a smaller space than I was expecting. And prices are not as low as advertised. In comparison to what Ive seen at Lowes and Home Depot, lumber liquidators has a smaller selection to choose from and mich higher prices. Will not get my flooring here.

Ive read the comments left here and dont understand why they are so negative. I looked at ALL of the BIG BOX stores for laminate flooring and Lumber Liq. had by far the BEST selection for ALOT better price. I purchased a 12mm laminate w/ pad for less than i could find an 8mm laminate w/o pad anywhere else. Very knowledgable and Friendly

Its hard to generalize an entire company from a single location, so let me say this review is only for the SE Huntsville store. Dealing with Lumber Liquidators has been the single most frustrating experience of my entire home remodel. This store NEVER stocks samples of closeout or in store only sample floors. Not only that, but expect your order to be delayed. After waiting two weeks for them to get their act together I bailed and moved on.

They do not sell lumber.... only flooring materials
