Mrs. Deborah did an amazing job with my student debt forgiveness paperwork. She explained everything in detail and was very pleasant to do business with. I was paying $400 a month in student loans and now I am only paying $30 a month!!! I am smiling all the way to the mall for some extra Xmas shopping!! I will continue to do business with this company for sure!!! I recommend them for anyone paying off student loans!!!

The lady that I send my info to do my income tax never told me how much she was going to charge and a month later she texted me saying she charge me $125 then I call her and she change the charge to $200 and at the end she took away from my taxes $295 when I don’t have dependents and she said she charged that much because she took and hour to do my taxes, she is not professional at all I feel that I been robbed I don’t recommend this place at all!!!!

Complete Tax service was in a bind one day with their internet problems and called our company Huntsville TECHS to come fix their problem. We went and fixed the problem and they paid a partial payment to us saying they will bring the remaining later that day. We never heard from them and have emailed them their invoice multiple times. My wife called today to ask for final payment and the Owner told my wife the following: Stick it in your pipe and shove it up your ass and smoke it referring to our slogan We Smoke the Competition BEWARE of doing business with a company who acts like this. VERY Unprofessional and they do not pay their own bills.
