Morgan was great! She is attentive to the needs of her patients. She took the time to give me thorough instructions on how to use my device and followed up with an email and video. Infinity Orthotics, Prosthetics & Rehab Science is a great resource to have and utilize. and they work with your insurance. This company is AWESOME!!

I met the staff at the Davis Clinic in Tuscumbia, Al after basketball season was over for my daughter. We seen Dr. Davis and Dr. Davis suggested that she needed a left knee brace to wear and she required physical therapy. You have really great employees that work at the Davis Clinic. We were provided world class customer service by them and I am forever thankful to have met them. They took great care of my baby girl and fitted her for a knee brace that she is still wearing now, because she is now playing Travel Volleyball. I highly recommend any anything you need as far as a brace to visit them. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Where can I begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Brittany. My journey started in 2018 with my first amputation and a couple of months later was fitted with my first prosthesis . I’m usually a very optimistic person and meet my challenges head on. I was not quite prepared for the change that followed for me having only one leg. When I started visiting Brittany we immediately hit it off because she assured me from the second we met that everything was going to be fine and that I would be walking again before I knew it. Well I had my reservations, but she was right . Her professionalism and her caring nature all rolled into one was exactly what I needed! I have had many issues and she has met each of them with complete satisfaction. I might mention too that I live in Tuscaloosa and I travel to Huntsville for all my prosthetic work with Brittany. I won’t go anywhere else... unless Brittany does.

This is a great facility to deal with. Friendly, accommodating and takes pride in their work. Brittany is a class act and goes beyond what is expected to insure I am well taken care of. I am not sure any other faculty could do what they/she does.

I was having shoulder surgery and my doctor suggested I get a stimulator to use after the surgery. I contacted Kacy Hawkins with Infinity and she delivered one the next day and explained in great detail how to use it. This unit has made a tremendous difference in my recovery. I would recommend Infinity Orthotics to anyone needed this type service.

I went to Huntsville TOC yesterday to pick up a Twin Stim IV muscle stim unit to be used on my knee prior and after my upcoming knee replacement surgery. Ms. Hall had the machine already programmed according to my doctors prescription and explained how to turn it on after placing the pads, adjust the settings, charge the device, etc. and also explained the billing information. She followed up by sending me a video on pad placements and written instructions for using the stim unit. Thanks to her careful instructions I feel confident I will be able to use the stim unit effectively.

I was really pleased with my visit. The staff was extremely nice and extra helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them.
