Sketchy parking but great service.

The Kat Post website indicates that they handle UPS and FedEx packages, however, my package was dropped off a week ago in the collection box and theyre telling me that in the collection box all of that mail is sent to the Post Office as regular mail and now my package is lost and the item was $270. The label on my package clearly said UPS ground. Its unfortunate that the students/parents/faculty of Sam Houston State University are subject to this kind of service when handling something as valuable as mail.

They really need to either get a bigger facility or more employees because the whole waiting for my package to be processed for days is very inconvenient. So if your needing a book and pay extra for faster shipping, you’ll still need to wait a whole day and a half to be processed.Also the people seemed to really be annoyed and upset all the time. Not willing to help in any way.

Poor service..I sent in a package in on a Monday and called in a week later just to find out my package wasn’t there anymore and they didn’t even scan the package.Now I have no idea where my package is at..never again

Always get my packages, and the people in that office are some of the nicest on campus.

Ive been here a few times. Everytime I come in I never get greated or even a simple hello. Most of the time the employees are on their phones. The most recent time I went, I tried to mail off a package at 3:25pm. Their sign clearly says Hours are from 8am-4pm but they were already closed. Never giving this place my business again. Youre better off driving a little more down the road and going to the regular USPS location.

Great service

So this is the only place in Huntsville that does passports since the post closest the court house does not do them any more. This post office stop doing then 30 mins before they were supposed to close. No one else is trained to do them and that is unacceptable. Close this useless post office.

Alright place, people are ok and the shop is decent. Nothing Special.

Does not accept debit or credit cards. ATM was down when I tried to go there. Hard to conduct business if they do not accept normal 21st century forms of payment.
