Dr. Lee is a great doctor. He combines his expertise and a willingness to listen to discuss your case with you. He was attentive, professional, and thorough in my examination. He is extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. I felt at ease speaking with him and most confident in receiving his expert medical care. He and his staff are professional, so helpful and thorough. I walked away very impressed with the immaculate facility and with the overall diagnosis of my case. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee for any medical issues you may have.

DO NOT GO HERE. I saw Dr. Lee for a laser treatment to combat my rosacea. I was told I needed (3) treatments to get the results I wanted. The first laser treatment was fine, minimal redness and swelling as expected. He scheduled my second treatment for 2.5 weeks later (which I found out later from a plastic surgeon it should have been 6 weeks minimum). I go to the appointment and he tells me since I had such good results last time he was going to increase the spot size to get better coverage/results. It immediately felt way too hot but he insured me that it was normal since he had increased the spot size on the laser. Within minutes of him finishing the treatment my face starts to blister. He tells me this should go down after a few hours and to keep ice on it...I get home and my face continues to swell and more blisters form. I call the next morning because at this point I can barely see. The office tells me swelling is normal and it should go down. I go to the office to show them and they hurry me out of the waiting room and take me to a room. Dr. Lee admits that shouldnt have happened and refunds me the $200 for the treatment. I have to go back there everyday for a week to make them drain the blisters and after that week they never followed up. I was out of work for months and barely left the house. Over the past 2 years I have spent over $4,000 on corrective treatments (from a plastic surgeon), cosmetics and serums to make the scars not so visible. I am left with 3rd degree burn scars on my face from a bad laser treatment that Dr. Lee performed himself. I wish that no one has to go through what I have gone through so please, avoid this place at all costs.

I am so happy with my Experience at Regenesis! I had the stem cell injections in both my knees in January. I am already seeing and feeling such an improvement. I first came to Dr Lee after a terrible fall  which caused me to barely be able to walk. The hospital had referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who told me that I needed a total hip replacement. Although nothing was broken, I had bad osteoarthritis and a torn labrum.I had my stem cell procedure in November of 2020 when I could barely walk. Now its 6 months later and I am doing 40 squats, going slowly down, holding at the bottom of the squat for five seconds and then quickly coming back up.This is only one among a lot of other hip exercises that I am now able to do. My torn labrum is healed and my osteoarthritis is much better! I absolutely did not need a total hip replacement.Dr. Lee has done lab work, helped me with HRT, my iron levels and my pituitary gland.He has given me advice on other topics as well.Dr. Lee is very thorough, sensitive to his patients health needs and professional. I received stem cells and PRP injections on both my neck and low back. My procedure was Novemeber 2020 and I just had my six month follow up apointment. I am pain free! I dont miss work anymore due to pain. I dont have to lay in bed unable to move my neck. Pain pills, steriods, anti inflammatories are long gone. There has been a massive employee exodus at Regenesis, literally every employee. The new staff has been extremely inefficient, unprofessional and have poor attitudes towards patients. It took over a week and a half, 3 phone calls and 2 requests from my family physician to get my medical records. I finally had to drive to the office to pick them up. The lobby’s music was blaring to the point the receptionist couldn’t hear me and had to stick her head out of the window. No one was wearing masks at all. The office smelled like they had been smoking cigars, not sure if it was a candle or air freshener, but it was extremely offensive and strong. I am not sure what happened to make every employee leave, but I can tell you the office is currently on a downhill spiral at astronomical speeds. Myself and my family will DEFINITELY not be back!

I can not say enough good things about DR Lee and the way the Lord Jesus Christ uses him.When I first went to see Doc, I weighed around 315 and had been told by other Physicians there was nothing I could do but replace my knees(my knees had been hurting for 20 plus years). Within 48hrs of having both of my knees injected I had no more knee pain. I was able to start doing enough cardio again. I am Mary F. Williams, wife of David Williams. Dr. Lee performed a stem cell procedure on my knee. At the beginning, both doctor and nurse were very friendly and receptive. I dont recommend this procedure to anyone my age (78). It did not work for me. Dont know if it was a failure to communicate or not. The instructions regarding exercise, activity level etc. were vague. On my last two visits, I felt as though it was not going to work. Both Dr. Lee and his nurse barely spoke to me nor did they give any encouraging words. I left Dr. Lees office without a word from either. Perhaps, Dr. Lee knew that it wasnt going to work.

I have had unwanted hair since puberty. I havent truly felt like a woman because of it. Years ago I had a hair removal procedure done with another company/location. That was a horrible experience. Dr charles lee is the devil!!! this man ruined my life!!!! i went to him for hormone replacement and he inserted so much testosterone and estrogen in me, and a high amount of progesterone in capsules, he instructed me to take everyday (found out, you are not to take progesterone everyday!!),that when i left the state to continue my treatment, and they checked my levels,they were so high! my testosterone was about 280 after having them in for about 2 months and my estrogen was extremely high as well. several of my doctors were shocked at what he has done to me. i now have to worry about cancer, he has cause me so much pain, ITS BEEN UNBEARABLE. the one thing that gives me hope, GOD! he is not sleep, by the grace of god, he will pay for what he has done to me. i leave it in his hands!!! now i know why i was in so much agony!!! i only saw him once for treatment, Im so scared for my health and its sad there is nothing i can do for what he has done to me. i spoke to a lawyer and found out, in alabama, drs are protected. I WISH I HAD LOOKED AROUND MORE AND CHECKED HIS BACKGROUND. people, please be careful, this person will ruin your life!!!.

I came to Dr Lee to get my very low thyroid back in normal range. He has gotten thyroid and other hormones back into normal, more acceptable ranges. Dr. Lee and the staff are all very nice.
