Great fitness center! Plenty of gym equipment to give you an overall workout on every body part. Very clean and the staff is very friendly when greeting you and checking you in to the gym.

A little dated, but lots of different equipment and a basketball court. Sufficient for going and getting a good workout.

Such an amazing place! Everyone is nice and positive. People wait their turns and clean the equipment when their done. The staff is nice and so energetic and they greet people when they come in. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get away and exercise with no worries. The whole atmosphere feels safe and positive too!

I went at different time, between 8 til 10 is a good time in the morning and no loud talk machines available and a great workout the staff is very friendly

Relatively small gym for the size of the installation. Has most of the machines and weights youll use. It does have one indoor basketball court with little action. Also has a kick boxing bag but no real CrossFit gear and only a small area for this type of work out. Locker rooms are huge but youll need to bring your own soap.

I really like coming here, but they need to chill with the fans in the cardio room. Theres so much sir blowing!

My go to gym. Has everything I need. Nice employees . Gym is not too crowded when I go, hardly ever have to wait for equipment.

Great gym with a good staff. The equipment is a little old mixed matched, sometimes you have to wait in the early hours for equipment. But overall I would recommend it.

Its got good rooms of equipment and is a good resource if youre on Redstone Arsenal. It is a bit dated in its construction and ambiance but the equipment is fine.

The equipment may be old but it works fine. I always get a good workout and I like the class in the morning.

Good MWR facility, large parking area, friendly staff, clean and all the service areas equipment was serviceable and adequate for a great workout I recommend trying this post gym.

Old Equipment, extremely crowded after work, but highly convenient if you work on the arsenal. Good free weight selection, tons of leg machines, but there could be more upper body machines. Small cardio room with ~10 treadmills and ~8 ellipticals total. Separate rooms for abs and stretching are nice. Does not have bumper plates or fixed weight barbells. Plates are the hex-style not round style so deadlifting is a pain.

Not a bad little gym although a little limited equipment wise. The staff is really friendly.

Love the staff! Been going almost every morning for several years. They have ample equipment that is well maintained most of the time.

You cant use chalk here. Other than that, its a great gym.

This equipment is not as old as people make it out to be. Clean facility and locker rooms are some of the best ive seen from a military installation.

Great place. Has all the things you need. It would help if they had free throw lines on the side basketball goals.

Lots of options for exercising (cardiovascular room, free weight room, aerobics room, nautilus rooms, stretching room, basketball court, etc) and relaxing (steam room and sauna). Avoid the crowd by visiting during off peak hours.

Great gym only thing I dont like is that the gym has a odd layout.

Nice staff. Can get a bit crowded in peak hours and could use new bumpers and barbells, but its not designed to he a cross fit gym so it serves its function well

Its an Army base gym, other than the Nasa gym its the best on post.

Its an okay gym if youre hear for TDY. The base has no funding so MWR facilities are run down with old equipment. Half the equipment was herevwhen I first came here in 1998. The declin bench hasnt moved from its spot since 2007 when I was here for school. Thank you BRAC

Older facility but nice people, both members and employees. I would rate higher if the hours were more extensive and it wasnt closed on holidays.
