I LOVE going to Aquacize at the Wellness Center in the Medical Mall in Huntsville!! Brenda, Jan, and Jeff are all great teachers and motivators. I really enjoy doing the hour long afternoon classes of Aquacize @ 4:30pm or 5:30pm, depending on which day you attend. Towels are provided and the facility is super clean. The showers have shampoo and body wash for you to use and they always have hot water! Its nice to be able to take a shower, dry off, and dress after the Aquacize class, drop your wet towel in their hamper, and arrive home or at work clean and ready to go! Youll have to register online for the classes you want to attend to save your spot because theyre limited to 15 people during COVID. Great place to exercise for the 50 year and older crowd, for sure!!

Reasonably priced memberships. Full Wellness center offers massage therapy, personal training, nutritional classes, play care services for your little ones and a clean, well organized, large selection of cardio and strength training equipment. Also offers fun group classes and olympic sized pool! (Swimming lessons for adults and children are also offered!!)

Best place ever! Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, equipment. Never too busy. Friendly staff and patrons. Feels like Cheers without the alcohol! 😊

As with the other wellness center I go to, this one is also well staffed and I prefer it over Planet Fitness where I used to go.

Great water aerobics classes every day but Sunday. Staff is knowledgeable and place is clean.

Close to work. Variety of classes. Pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room. Free weights and machines. All ages and fitness levels

As a Huntsville Hospital employee you cant beat the price! Free Every thing you need to get physically fit and stay that way including indoor swimming pool.
