We purchased a security system from a local small company a number of years ago. That company was eventually sold to Koorsen. Initially Koorsen was fine - we paid our service fees and had no problems. Over the past few months, however, we have tried to reach them to transition the phone module and no one will talk to us (sales person was going into a meeting and would call the next business day-did not; receptionist took a message and the office manager would call us back-did not; we have left several messages with no response).

Koorsen has serviced our businesses for as long as I can remember - their prices are fair, their advice is reputable, and their products are dependable. I also use them to refill cylinders and have fond that service to be excellent as well. Great company to work with!

Tried to call and describe extremely unsafe driving conditions for one of the vans that works for this company. In Huntsville this is a really bad problem, especially on the parkway, so I always try to call and actually provide constructive criticism when it’s possible. Based on my experience trying to do that, and their lack of interest in figuring out who was driving the vehicle and what exactly was happening is enough evidence for me to trust this business. It is such a bad look for a company to be riding family car’s bumper on the parkway.

We called Koorsen to see if they can fill our co2 tank and they told us yes. So we drove over (which we was only 15 minutes away at that moment) when we got there they told us that the guy that fills the tank just left. So now we had to drive an hour back home! Not happy at all.

I had them fill up a Power Tank (Co2 Bottle), their prices were very well and done in a timely manner, definitely recommend.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER ALL KNOWLEDGE OF REQUIREMENTS, THEN STOP RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS WHEN THEY DIDNT GET THEIR PLANS APPROVED WITH LOCAL FIRE MARSHAL. I HAVE DONE PAID MY DOWN PAYMENT OVER A MONTH AGO AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR THEIR MISTAKES WHICH ARE STATE WIDE REQUIREMENTS AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY ARE KEEPING ME FROM OPENING MY BUSINESS.

Quick and cheap place to fill CO2 tanks. As of 12/16 a #5 tank is just under $15 and only takes a few min to fill.

It took 6 phone calls to get an answer. Was told they inspected fire extinguishers on site so I drove 25 miles right after the phone call to be told the inspector wasnt there & they wanted me to leave the extinguisher & come back to get it. I already wasted 1 hour of my day to get there, why would I want to do that again? Also sent an email via their website with no return call. NOT impressed with their customer service!
