I have worked with Aerotek for several months now and I have been in several states and I am more than pleased with the results of this group. I have been in the site preparation work for many years and this is one of the best places Ive ever worked. Always have me a site to go to..You get out of it what you put in. My check is there every week on time and for the hours I worked. This company expresses that they are only as good as the employees they hire. Current employee

Company will not take care of there employees, kaleb is very misleading and will not do what he says he will. And they handle each situation differently which depends on whats best for the company not the employees. Kaleb even went as far as misleading the company I worked for because I quit areotek fortunately I was able to see how dishonest and misleading he was after speaking to several people from my employer

Aerotek does an excellent job! I was contacted about a position by Mitch Ledbetter. He explained the opportunity thoroughly and always answered whatever questions I had in a timely and satisfactory manner. After setting up interviews and guiding me through the process, I was offered a position within 2 weeks. This was one of the most positive and rewarding opportunities I have ever had. Aerotek is AWESOME!

Be sure you carefully look over your employment agreement before you sign. Make sure that what they told you verbally, is what is written on your documents. If you are in a temp-to-hire position, you might want to contact the prospective employer to make sure the salary range described, is the future salary they will offer for the job.

The place is a joke. Normal temp services are 90 days and they are 6 months which I was not told up front. No kind of paid holidays or nothing. The insurance is stupidly outrageous and it takes weeks for somebody to get back with you. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Katie Harness and Deborah Tate have made working with Aerotek a great experience for me. They have been professional, courteous and prompt with all my requests and needs. Recently there have been changes in my contract at the customer I am supporting and they have been very good at answering questions and making sure everything was explained and track correctly. I do wish there was an easy way to view Holiday and vacation time on line. I would and have recommended people to use Aerotek as their job agency.

Katie has been the best part of working for Areotek she not only answered all my questions but was also there for me after I was hired on. She never complained about my texts or calls in fact she was excited that I did. She got me looking at the place I’m at as a career not just a temporary job. I applied for a position in Huntsville AL. Not once was I told that the business was not hiring or things were on hold. I interviewed with Aerotek personnel at the location. I was told she would contact me when she knew something. I texted her on Friday and was COMPLETELY IGNORED. So I called the Aerotek office. 45 minutes later the representative texted me that she had a feeling that things were on hold. I bet I never hear from her again. Do not waste your time with these people. You would think if this was their career, they would have mastered tact and truthfulness.

I applied for a position in Huntsville AL. I interviewed with Aerotek Jordyn, personnel at the location. I got an interview and left being told that they would contact me to setup orientation. I was told my recruiter would contact me when she knew something that night. I texted her on Friday and was COMPLETELY IGNORED. So I called the Aerotek office and was sent to her voicemail. I never heard from her again. Do not waste your time with these people.

This specific branch of Areotek is not truthful to get people into interviews and will cease interactions once a higher is complete. They lied about pay range along with location to get me into the interview. I have not heard from a single person from Areotek to see if the fit is correct, though was reassured multiple times through the interview process they would be in open communication. Overall service as a recruiter is poor.

They dont communicate with each other. One person my recruiter I sent her pictures of what I had to get my per diem she told me to drive all the way to Huntsville to fill out the paper for per diem I showed up then was refused my per diem after I took a half day from work plus the 20 dollars I was out for gas. My check got mailed instead of me picking it up at the office.

Completely unprofessional. Amanda, thank you for screwing me over and getting my REFERENCE a job and tossing me to the wind. I refuse to even get an email. The aerotek in Texas was sued for lack of payments to their workers, and here, they dont care about anyone but themselves.

They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you hired on. Not trustworthy at all. Exspecially in north Alabama. In the huntsville location stay away from Colby. She only helps in her interest and will lie just to get you on.

I was helped out of a tight spot after moving to Huntsville by Aerotek. Eric Horton and Andy Buckner made sure I was given an opportunity, and its been the biggest turn for me.

Theyll get you hired quickly, but afterwards its like pulling teeth to get anything from them. They have been duplicitous and obfuscatory in almost every encounter. Per my contract I was to receive a set number of paid holidays at specific times - when the first holidays pay was missing, it took two weeks and repeated calls to get the matter resolved. A co-worker of mine who has the misfortune of also being contracted via Aerotek was repeatedly told over the phone that his contract did not cover holidays nor allow vacation accrual, until he asked for copies of his contract - only then did they admit their error. He was later incorrectly instructed to submit hours for holidays via his normal time sheet as if he had worked that day.Vacation days? There is no system available to contract employees to verify their accrual. To both see and utilize available vacation, one must do so via email with a representative.If you have the misfortune of having no other options but to work for these people, just DONT accept the health benefits.

Do whatever you can to avoid this scam of a agency
