Custom Assembly is very safety minded and took the time to ensure loads are properly chocked and and locked into the dock. I appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure truckers and fellow employees are safe.

Very fast unloaded and didn’t steal straps was no guard in shack but a jockey came to get me checked in for my first visit here

The woman at the recieving desk with blonde hair has a major attitude. If you hate your job, just quit. Bad attitudes wont stop me from having a good one. Whatever is going on with you, I hope it gets better... Just dont take it out on the drivers moving your freight. The facility is very clean and there is plenty of room to back in.

No complaints but its live load

This is the main place I load out of for delivery to dealerships. Duck is a major part to this place running smoothly on 1st Shift. 2nd shift is ok but really dropping the ball lately and having you wait to load for hrs. The guy on 3rd shift is left to pick up the slack but handles it like a champion and gets you out FAST.

I got to give 4 stars. They deserve them. Reading the other reviews, maybe I was lucky. Got there at 5pm with an appointment at 8am the next day. Got unloaded in 15 minutes. Big parking across the street to take your break. Happy trails.

Plan on sitting all day for a live load

No communication. Told to go to 1 door, sat for 2 hrs and they tell me to move to another door. After 1 guy came out to verify info at 1st door. Saw 4 drivers come and go. After on 2nd door was fast load. Plenty of room to back. Area to break. Nice staff just need to work on communication. All said, not a bad do to go to.

Nice crew. In and out fast. There is space for parking before and after you load/unload

Owner operators you need to charge extra $$ for this place. You will lose anywhere between 3-5 hours picking up load here. They do not respect your time and constraints caused by ELD. They load mega carriers fast but do not care about you average Joe.

No Good .lost a lot of time for pick up

3hr Wait for 2 pallets....An then sent to outside warehouse for the rest of load....No telling how long it will take here....2 hrs went by before I had them take off the 2 pallets ...5hrs of my day wasted... never going back.

REAL FAST UNLOADING....THEY DO WORK ...NOT LIKE SOME OTHER PLACES

Drivers: unloaded me early. 30min unload time. Overnight parking in the lot across the street.

I pick up from this company which is a Polaris Distribution Center decent people some people I like better than others they try to do their jobs to an extent sometimes its just not as easy as everybody thinks

Drivers, stay away from this place at all cost. If I could give it negative stars I would. Showed up at 12:30pm on Friday, with a 2pm appointment, did not get a dock until 2:00am, and did not get loaded until 3 am..... 15 hours!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Waited for over 5 hours to be loaded, no one was willing to talk to me, to let me know how much longer I have to wait, or even tell me what is going on. No phone numbers available for driver at all

One delivery is in and out in an hour . Next one is 3 hrs. Never consistent . Employees usually not on same page. If you arent driving for Custom Assembly then its a toss up as far as loading or unloading wait times go.
