Lets talk about being a successful business buuuuttttt add professionalism in that mix. This company is ok with sending out employees to look at potential jobs and those employees that get sent out are referring other companies out to do the job with no need for use of the crane. Not sure if upper management knows about this issue at all or maybe upper management is training this behavior or actually doing this first hand. Not professional at all and definitely wont be getting my business or any recommendations (other than I recommend you not use Empire crane & rigging service) to anyone I know.
