Scheduled a home visit to look at home audio options for the speakers that are installed throughout my house. Had to wait three weeks for an appointment, fine. Told the geek squad rep I would need an afternoon appointment at 4 since I work. Was told this was no problem. The morning of the appointment they called and said they would be on their way at 11:30am. I told them I was scheduled at 4 to which I was told they would not still be working at that time. The guy argued with me that they don’t set appointments. Told him I couldn’t be there. He suggested Sunday for a reschedule which I said would work. Waited more than half the day and decided to call to inquire about my appointment. I was hung up on, probably accidentally. Called back and was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled for today. Total incompetence, will never use geek squad Huntsville again, or Best Buy for that matter.

This place is a complete joke. Made an appt a week ago for my iPhone screen to be repaired under Apple Care. Got to the appt and said it would have to be kept overnight. I use my phone for business and thats impossible. Whats the point of making an appt?! They acted clueless and unprofessional. Most of them had the deer in the headlights looked from being understaffed and under trained. What a joke Best Buy has become.

Great experience! I went in for iPhone battery replacement and fixed it with no problem! If you have the patience you will have no problem while using geek squad!

I came in about 3 or so weeks ago and the Geek Squad crew got me in fast and took excellent care of me. They were inspecting my desktop computer and monitor. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and caring. He inspected everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend him and Geek Squad! Very pleased!

BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. BEST BUY EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT, BUT GEEK SQUAD IS ON A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THEY TREATED ME RIGHT ON SMALL TRANSACTIONS, AND I FELT MORE THAN COMFORTABLE SPENDING THOUSANDS WITH THEM AS WELL. VERY PLEASED.

The wait times are long, but the service is excellent. Reminds me of the pick two scenario: cheap, good and fast. Cheap? yes. Good? yes. Fast? not so much.... lolwould recommend!!

Had Isaiah from Geek Squad out today for a TV mount/install. They were extremely professional and really knew exactly what we needed. One thing that I really appreciated was the attention to detail. A lot of times the small things are over looked since its not their house --but not these guys. Ive had many service professionals in my house over the years, and I can honestly say that Ive never felt more comfortable having someone perform a service on my home. Thank you Geek Squad!!

Long wait times, and my laptop was sent to service for a second time in 6 months, this last time to replace the motherboard they replaced 6 months ago. Only problem is that they wouldnt do it under warranty! Only after I sent it in and got the diagnosis did they tell me that their former repair is only warranted for 1 month. Terrible! They have lost my business.

Hit and miss. Some of the employees will barely look at your device and suggest paying them $100 to run a full diagnostic, others will bend over backwards to figure out what is wrong while you are still there. Other than that, the wait time has not been bad for me anytime I have been here.

I passed Staples and two Office Depots en route to Best Buy, Time well spent. The Geek Squad is awesome....and, priceless to a septugenarian,.. .... extremely patient!

Worst service experience of my life. Each Geek Squad member changed their story as to what was wrong with my TV and each one tried to charge me for things that were 100% covered under my policy. Each Geek Squad member tried to upsell me things that had nothing to do with the problem I was having with the TV. Made appointments for Geek Squad to come out and each time, the Geek Squad member would either not show or cancel at the last minute. Terrible customer service, will never use BestBuy or Geek Squad again.

The service is extremely slow. I decided to drop my device off at the geek squad instead of mailing it to the companies repair service. This seemed the easier option since I could just drop it off instead of the headache of going to fedex or UPS and shipping it myself. The company said they would fix it within 7 business days. I thought since the geek squad works 7 days a week it would be even faster. Long story short its been two weeks and nothing has been done except for them ordering parts. I guess I now know what to do if something else happens in the future. To top it off they said a liquid caused the issues, which is absolutely ridiculous. If I get my computer back in the next couple days and a good job was done I’ll increase my rating, but for now what has been happening I haven’t been to pleased about to say the least

Had a great experience checking my device in but am now unable now to get my device back. Appointments are encouraged but not required. With my schedule it is tough to make appointments I can keep so I walk in when I have a minute. I have been turned away after waiting in line for a half hour, unable to recover my device. Very poor customer service. Will never recommend.

The wait time was extremely long. I called and talked to someone named Adrian. I gave Adrian the details on what I needed which was difficult enough Adrian put me on hold then were supposed to be finding what I needed. I was on hold for so long that I was Auto transferred to another attendant. But I explained that I was already being helped by Adrian. After considerable time and effort to try to get back to Adrian I was informed that this is actually a call center. So now Im going to have to start over with explaining what I needed to the new person who Im sure was going to put me on hold again. Ive been on this merry-go-round with the Geek Squad before so its my fault 4 trusting that they have improved their customer service. Wont be calling them again caveat emptor theyre just going to try to upsell you if you get any help at all. That Depot place is starting to look pretty good :-)
