Jim rebuilt my laptop. I had no idea that was even possible! He ordered a new hard drive and increased my computer’s memory 10 times (one terabyte). We had a great experience with North Alabama Technical Services. I live out of state and with the Covid-19 lockdown, I needed help getting a new computer setup for my mother in Huntsville. Fortunately, I contacted Jim before buying the computer, because he recommended buying a refurbished computer which saved us enough money to more than cover buying a new printer. He helped source both the computer and printer. He made an appointment with my mother and got her all setup. She said that Jim was very patient in answering all of her questions. I have been using James for years. He built my husband’s desktop computer and we have had great luck with it. No problems at all. I am disabled, and James comes to our home. He is always punctual, and professional. He Helps me with my iPad and iPhone. I am not at all computer savvy. He will find my issues and then some. Everything was great - when I was upgrading to Windows10 my laptop died. Called Jim first thing in the morning and by 2:00 that day I had my laptop back and was back up and running.
