Hired Kaleidoscope Cleaning to clean the house I’m selling/recently moved out of and I am so happy I did! They did such a detailed job that I honestly felt like was worth every penny and more. They were also willing to work with my schedule and fit me in and communicated with me every step of the way. I would hire them again for any job in an instant and plan to use them in my new home when the time comes.

I hired them for a first deep cleaning with the plan to have them bi-weekly at my apartment. They started to change dates and times of appointment since the first appointment to check out the apartment. They kept doing this at all appointments, messing up my plans and making troubles at work (I cant just leave work unexpectedly, just because they decided to anticipate the appointment to 3 hours before what we have agreed since two weeks, and confirmed the day before, and then screwed up by them at 10 am of the same day! Also they do not ask, they just say: hey, we will come 3 hours before what we confirmed just yesterday. see you there!). When I called them to say that I cant play this game because my job is very tight and demanding, and that I agreed to meet that morning at the time they decided again, but please do not do this again, they said ok at the phone but then sent me a text saying that they were feeling uncomfortable with how I talked to them. Who cares if I have troubles at work because they decided that I have to reschedule all my day, right? So they left me without any cleaning service right when I was organizing an event at my place, without notice! And they also owe me money from the last time they kept the change! The cleaning was just average, very poor if considered a deep cleaning (which I was charged for).

I definitely didnt feel like I got a quality deep clean.
