Excellent Customer Service and work on clothes

Absolutely love this place! Great customer service and great prices. Can’t beat it. The owners are super nice as well. All around great place to do business. Any problems I’ve had in the past were fixed right away, they know how to take care of their customers for sure.

Customer service here is spectacular! Savannah is the best!! She remembered me on my second trip and is super nice with my kiddo! The owners are a fantastic family building their small business with quality and consistency. I love the rewards program as well!

We love Lucky Star Cleaners. Always friendly and professional service. Easy drop off and pick up. Cleaning is always to perfection and on time. They do a good job with texting and emails when the orders are ready to pick up too.

Live in Coldspring.Sent my husband red baseball cap to be cleaned. Coldspring sent it to Huntsville. Huntsville called needed another day to clean. This has been 1 1/2 weeks. Talked to owner Coldspring twice.They called Huntsville about hat. Huntsville manager was notified by me today who had no idea.Called Christy? At 12:30 pm. Never called me back . So I called her at 3. She said owner said hats in Coldspring. I told Christy have Coldspring call me I’ve been there 3 times to pick it up. No call as of yet . Poor service!!

Always ready on time. Courteous staff. Professional cleaning and they always follow instructions.

About a month ago I gave them a bunch of work clothes and a quilt to clean for me. I got half of my clothes back and for a couple day was told no quilt was given .I was told theyd investigate and call me back. Was never called back. Was never given the clothes. Never using them again .

They just do what I ask, amazing how hard it is to get that sometimes but these guys always make it happen.

I dropped my uniforms off and specifically asked for extra heavy starch. I even went as far as to write on the comments “Extra heavy starch on whole uniform” I came in two days later after dropping my uniforms off to pick them up with not a drop of starch on the.....no creases..... no nothing. Very upsetting. Especially when I stated many times while dropping my uniforms off “extra heavy starch” after expressing my concerns they then told me to come back the next day at 8am. And told me they couldn’t do a same day service after they messed up. All in all my first time using them and they have already left a bad taste in my mouth. Doubt I’ll be coming back after I pick up my uniforms. Horrible service.

Please do not take your things there!!! I had a terrible experience there. I needed some cushions cleaned, and as opposed to contacting me to get permission to put then in the washer they waited until I came to pick them up to tell me that they did not clean them. Also, when I was getting the cushions out of my car I noticed bugs on them that were NOT there whenever I dropped them off. Plus, they are over-priced.

Service members, do not take your uniforms here! They remove items from your uniforms unnecessarily and misplace them without regards for the expense it costs to replace the items. (ASU’s specifically)

Great customer service in a timely manner

Went to pick up my comforter from there and it was DAMAGED. The fabric was completely tore up. The owner then told me I brought it to him damaged which was a lie. The owner is the worst. I will never go back to this place

Truly dissapointed with this place . Today I walk in to drop off my clothes like I do every week and tell the girl in the front my shirt was damage from previous visit . The owner walks up to me saying their not going to reimburse me because they didnt do that damage. Then he tells me I have been bringing my clothes already damage, blaming me that I have done it and then tells me to go somewhere els to get my clothes clean . I then told him I didnt have a problem staying here but I need it to get my shirt fix . He then said he wasnt going to fix/reimburse me for anything els if I desided to stay . He then told the girl to put a note to NOT PAY ME FOR MY SHIRT OR FIX THE PROBLEM . Really? Im sorry sir that your business gets hurt for paying me my damage shirts that I bring to you with TAGS STILL ON THEM. If there was a NEGATIVE star I would give it to the OWNER not the employees . I been with them for 5 years and I get this from the older gentlemen (owner).
