Owner completed our taxes for 2018. Never filed our partnership returns for our LLCs, never filed our Priviledge taxes for the state. Made errors on the personal return as well. It was an absolute mess!From what I can see, she’s not knowledgeable about filing corporations, LLCs, or any business taxes. We ended up owing thousands of dollars in penalties, etc. Horrible and Unethical Services.I definitely do not recommend at all!!!

I filed last year and my taxes were filed incorrectly. My taxes were international and I met the qualifications, but was filed under Self-employment and that mistake was never rectified. I was told the change would be made and the error corrected because I had to pay close to $900 in taxes. Now that I was released from my job abroad and the mistake was not corrected I was unable to get the relief of $1200. That is the only reason I am now posting about the experience. So if you want a tax firm to cost you over $2000 dollars I guess this is the place to go.

We have had nothing but excellent customer service from Ms. Wanda. Even though we have moved out of state, we still get our taxes done with her every year. She is very knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to work with!
