Excellent hair stylist, amazing personality and love the owner!!

Friendly staff that knows their stuff. Beautiful antique and vintage decor. They will send you out the door looking and feeling even more beautiful than when you came in.

I had an appointment today. When I walked in, the two stylists working on clients barely looked up. One passed me on the way to the cash register with a slight Hi and then passed right by, casually swept her station, and left to the back room. I sat for 10 minutes with not so much as an acknowlegement. No Have a seat, someone will be with you soon. I was a couple minutes early for my appointment. I walked out.

Frederic is so awesome! I drive down from Dallas because he is THAT good! Beautiful color and cut. He is efficient and amazingly talented. I recommend this shop to anyone in Texas.

I have lived in Huntsville for 25 years, Fredrick and his staff always did my moms hair and mine after that. Not only are they amazing at their jobs but they are a huge part of this community. The most friendly, loving, honest staff you will meet. They love their customers like family and we love them. Greatest cut ever

Highly recommend Fredric and all the girls! My hair has never been healthier than it is now. I do book my appointments a few weeks out so I can pick my time, and recommend to everyone show up on time or a few minutes early. They do a wonderful job, so they stay busy. People ask me where I get my hair done constantly, and it’s a great feeling. Thank you for giving me beautiful, healthy hair!! :)

I stopped in this salon about 7 years ago because my regular stylist at another salon was booked. Hot Tops was able to fit me in, as a walk in, and Shelly cut and colored my hair. I was in LOVE with this place after that! She does a wonderful job, listens to exactly what you want, and will make you gorgeous!!! Bailey is awesome! She just moved here from Austin last week. Shes such an artist and creative with hair. I had dark thick hair and after she did her technique Im literally almost entirely blonde now. I love it! Im so happy I finally found someone local. I keep calling to make an appointment for a hair emergency and the line is in use ever time. I called maybe like 4x. I left my name and number and no response for like and hour and a half now. How do you get costumers when you won’t respond...

Terrible service. i spent over 180$ for green, yellow, and blue hair when I asked for grey. Bailey promised me it would take one hour, it took 3. she also said shed have all the products on one day and didnt and attempted to make me pay for it. she also shaved my head when I asked for a trim, terrible service.
