Bad Boys are AMAZING people who help people!!I recently had a family situation that required us to use the service of a bonding company. We were scrambling in the middle of the night, calling all these other 24 hour companies who had theirs calls forwarded directly to voice-mail, or even worse they answered but clearly had no interest or sense of urgency or even the spirit of being a 24 hour service.Then we called Bad Boys. This man answered the phone the first time we called, got our information and was headed to meet us at the office to start getting everything moving IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. He was the only person in this whole horrible experience that treated us like fellow human beings, and he also got the job done quickly and clearly.I pray no one ever needs a service like this, but if you find yourself in a situation where a bondsman is required, BAD BOYS IS SIMPLY AMAZING. My family is grateful for the compassionate, professional, and fast personal service Bad Boys provided us, and it is obvious why they have been around so long!

Although the inmate I was calling for turned out not to have bond eligibility, this company took the time to explain everything to expect regarding his charge(s). I was very impressed at her genuine care, and how long she spent on the phone offering advice and support to me. This bonding company evidently has real care for those who are navigating the legal system.PS-I forgot to get the name of the person who assisted me, but it was a woman who was taking calls on 10/13 around 3:30pm.

Highly recommend this place, I have spoke with Joe and he is extremely nice and respectful as well as the other guys that work there. Theyre quick to answer the phone and most times on weekends and late at night theyre the only company to answer the phone. Oh and their T-shirts are an awesome novelty since they do sell them without having to do a bail bond. Highly recommended, great service, and great people.

Found myself in my first legal situation that required a bond and worked with Joe mostly. He and Jesse are great guys, explained things, always answer the phone and really great respectful people. The legal system is hard enough to navigate and deal with but these guys make you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable and truly care.

Why nobody likes the thought of using a bail bondsman life brings trouble! Unfortunately Ive used several bonding companies thanks to some lovely family members. Bad Boys is definitely my go-to if this happens again! Very helpful and not judgemental! Quick even during the holiday and offered a job to the young lady in an attempt to get her on her feet! Not many places would do that! Ive even had to revoke a bond using this company and they were very patient with me providing an address as well as discounted the amount for revoking bond! All the gentlemen of Wonderful and the Bounty Hunters they use are professional!

Wow, These guys are awesome, very helpful and friendly. Even when waking up the poor guy on call at 3am who came and met me at the jail over a $300 bond. I read some of these other reviews and I see mixed, some positive, some negative, but with my personal experience I believe the negative comments are from those who were upset in the moment of a friend/family member waking them up with a call from the jail. Nobody wants that call lol. These guys were respectful, met me where I wanted to meet, I brought my check stub, drivers license and the required cash. They did the bond and even waited with me til my friend was released. I would give this place less than 1 start if it were possible to do so. The man I spoke to was rude and disrespectful!! I would NEVER use them for that reason alone.

STAY AWAY! Joe has to be the most dishonest and lazy bail bondsman that I have ever worked with in my life. He has lied about my balance, my court date, and failed to do simple paperwork that would have kept me out of jail.

The man on the phone was incredibly rude. He acted like I was a idiot for asking clarifying questions. As if everybody should know the inner workings of the bail bonds system. I would be fired on the spot if my boss caught me talking to customers like he was talking to me.To be fair though Im sure he had a rough week because the jail computer servers were down. But still does not justify his behavior.

Called for help getting my 19 yr old son out thats never been in trouble im 35 years old Huntsville born and raised im self employed for 10+ years and because i dont have a check stub they wouldnt help and wouldnt consider anything else and even said putting a house up was inconvenient because of all the paperwork smh anyone else is better than here. Theres ppl that really wanna help and theres ppl just looking for quick money.So the owner called because his employee told lies i have a valid drivers license never been suspended or any points added to it no accidents of tickets I had my Tax documents for self employment from 2010-2016 in my hand and it was 12:41 because my son was arrested at 10:00 pm for the 1st time in his life and im not familiar with this process at all matter of fact it was my very 1st time ever signing a bond in my 35 years with that being said if you want someone that really wants to help dont choose these people i called A1 Easy Out and Tiffany said meet me at my office in 10 minutes ill take care of you so i did and my son is free. The owner said maam if we were only about the money we would have just accepted yours i said no your employee is on your clock worried about his money and doesnt care about the company. I looked at several reviews b4 even calling and i tried to give them the benefit of doubt and im just being totally honest when i say this guy obviously doesnt like his job or being woke up idk which but they look for a reason to refuse to help.

I talked to Joe about helping me get my brother out of Jail and I couldnt have asked for a more helpful and honest person. He explained the situation to me and even warned me about going down this road with helping someone who has been arrested as many times as Heath.

Best place to go to! I highly reccommend this.
