From the very first phone call from Bobby, to driving my new GMC vehicle off the lot, I was treated so respectfully and the communication was absolutely amazing. It was the best vehicle purchase I have EVER experienced. I didnt know a new car purchase experience like this, still existed. I would fly to Huntsville to purchase a vehicle and drive back home to AZ again just to see Bobby again and relive that experience. Pretty incredible.
My wife and mother-in-law were driving from Dallas to MD Anderson in Houston when my wifes vehicle lost power. They were able to make it to Huntsville, but they were unable to go further. Even though they were short on loan cars, the folks at Wiesner provided my wife with a loaner right away, and she and my mother-in-law were able to make it to Houston in time for my mother-in-laws appointment that same day. When she returned the loan car the next day, my wife was pleased to learn that the service department had diagnosed the problem with her car, and they had a plan to get it repaired. We were so grateful for the generous offer on the loan car that allowed my mother-in-law to attend her appointment. Kind and professional!

My car loses all audio sounds. The dealership had my car for about an hour and told me it was probably caused by an aftermarket product I added on. I added a subwoofer amplifier to my car 3 years ago and has never had a problem with it. I feel like they didnt attempt to solve the problem. Why would a subwoofer amplifier knock out my onstar, door chimes, and signal lights.

Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I asked the cashier Cassidy what did they find with tire? and she rudely responded by saying “I don’t know, you need to ask Lysa” she can tell you I can’t. I felt so disrespected & didn’t appreciate her negative attitude towards me. Also she said something about me to the other employee because she responded with the words “I know”. I have purchased 2 new vehicles there in the last 3 years & will not purchase there again. I will be having my vehicles serviced at a different dealership from now on. I was trying to support my local business but never again as long as you all choose to employ rude employees. I am a small business owner. I make major vehicle purchases every 3 years or so. I refuse to spend my money where I am not appreciated & I will pass on this information to my family & friends.
My service rep is James Cole, hes the best. I made an appointment, dropped my Buick off, he took care of the rest. Other than it took two days and no loaner car, which is a problem everywhere I hear, I am very happy.
First oil change completed timely PLUS at no charge on my Buick . Pleased with the car along with the courteous staff in the maintenance dept.The waiting room area created a homey welcome during my short time in the facility. Have confidence in the care given by your group for upkeep for any follow-up appointments.
This was my inaugural service. In all respects, the personnel and service were great but one. Evidently my truck should have an alignment. I was not told. When I later read my service invoice, it was referenced with the comment that the customer declined. Not knowing and not told, I did and would not have declined. I know that automobile dealers are thought as lacking in integrity. This type of conduct by service does not help. I will go back, but pay closer attention. I wish I did not have to, so 4 stars.
Well for starters I had Bobby. He was great. Very very helpful and was able to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. I would recommend everyone to go see Bobby for sure. Absolutely love the service I have received.
I took my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation and upon leaving I noticed that my personal paperwork had been gone through and moved around with other personal items inside my vehicle. I will definitely not be doing any future business with Weisner due to the fact that I shouldnt have to hide my personal belongings while being serviced. Its very pathetic that the workers there are doing this and Im sure Im not the only one this has happened to so get your employees in compliance with the rules and regulations.
Cale was phenomenal! He was so easy to deal with and made the process easy and smooth. We drove 75 minutes to get the car and they made us feel like family. We will be back!
I like to come here for my oil changes. Its convenient and I get a tire rotation. It went very quickly today and I was out of there in about 30 minutes!

Having the day off, I chose to come in for an oil change and a light bulb for my passenger side headlight. I was told of the 2 1/2 hour wait if I wanted to sit in the lounge. I also had them check the battery too as I have been left in the lurch many times. I ended up needing a new battery. Who knew they built cars that had to have the bumper removed just o replace a light bulb!!!! Aaron was nice enough to come and tell me about the need for the battery, possible cost, etc. I also had a 10% off coupon, but could not print at home because of a computer problem, but I showed him on my Kindle. Aaron sent it to his email and he printed the coupon for me. So thankful for his kindness!!!!

Took my 08 duramax get it checked out. On my dash board it showing Reduced of Power and need of fuel filter change. I was told it was fuel filter housing was crack??And need it to be replaced.!!Cost was $548.49 plus tax.I declined service in reality all it needed was a fuel filter replacement and to this day truck is working great!Prices are to high and lack of mechanical inspection correctly

Went for a State Inspection this morning, the service attendant promptly greeted me and assured me everything would be addressed quickly. My inspection was completed within 10 minutes, paid the friendly cashier and I was on my to my next stop, great service, I HIGHLY encourage everyone to visit Wiesner⭐⭐⭐⭐
I went in for an oil change and asked to have my battery checked also. Ive been stuck too many times with a dead battery. They checked and it failed the test as well as the cooling system and injector. They called very quickly, told me the problems, gave me a precise estimate of the cost and I gave them permission to complete all work. My car was ready before 1:00 which was when I told them I needed my car. They sent emails too detailing the needed work and when the work was completed.
I had a vibration issue and Steve the shop manager was very understanding and helpful in helping get to the root of the problem. He explained everything clear and in no way talked down to me. That has happened in the past at other establishments because I am a woman. I appreciate the time and effort put in.

My battery had a bad cell I came in basically to have it tested, the service writer told me it would be covered by my warranty and within an hour I was out the door with a new battery installed. It was great. Great service Department
They recommend to change the air filter and I said go ahead and my truck was still showing that it was 40% still and also They knew I was waiting for the truck, and nobody told me when they where done, 2 hrs waiting for my truck, and my truck was waiting for me out side parked in the parking lot. Unbelievable, they did charge me for the filters and I don’t even think they change them

We had started to the Hospital for some testing when the tire warning light came on. Rather than looking at that warning we decided to go by Wiesner, Inc. Huntsville to have it checked.out. In 30 minutes we were on our way with the good news that the tire was not damaged all it needed was air.
It was a simple pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone.

For the most part, the staff and service was good. I am however disappointed that weisner took away the discount for TDCJ employees. Working for the state as a correctional officer doesnt pay as well as most other jobs might and most wouldnt be able to afford services. Bringing back a discount for public servants would be much appreciated.

I never felt in the dark about what the status of my vehicle was while it was in the shop. The work they did was top notch as well. I cannot believe how much better my truck seems to drive after the work they did on the transmission. It feels even better than new! Defiantly the place to go for transmission repairs.

Came in to have fuel filter changed and was told it be hour and half before done and they had NO loaner cars. But Evan Arnold my sales man (best ever) got me a loaner so i could take care of business while truck was being serviced. came back hour and half later and truck wasnt even in shop yet!!!! Service guy Chris said that because I had a loaner truck that I got put on back burner. Talk about Mad I was one mad customer! I was never told this. So I went to Evan Arnold who got it taken care of and had my truck 30 minutes later. Management said it was a miscommunication! No it wasnt cause there WAS NO COMMUNICATION PERIOD! Left and went to wash truck and seen a scratch down side of my truck on passenger side. Took truck back up there and Perry actually was GREAT and took care of damage but I still had to wait AGAIN! I have a business to run and lost basically a full day of work over this situation. NO I AM NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!I am however very thankful for Evan Arnold and manager he had help me and very thankful for Mr. Perry. But Mr. Chris this is 2nd bad service experience from him. First one was with oil change that took over and hour to get done.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE WIESNER OF HUNTSVILLE!!!!I took my car up there because I had a problem with the car loosing power while driving. I am covered under warranty. They said they couldn’t find a problem with anything and everything is normal. The service advisor, James Cole, was very rude when i tried to tell him there was a actual problem. I started to complain and he got the service manager. I took the service manager, Stephen Hildenbrandt, for a ride to see and feel the problem. He noticed it but said no codes were in the computer, therefore would have to send the computer off to get tested which would take 3-4 days. I asked for a loaner but was denied one. I told them to go ahead and send it off to figure out the problem. The next morning before lunchtime I got a call saying to come pick up my car “ there is nothing wrong with it”. I tried calling 4 times but no answer and left a voicemail. I called under a different number and got to talk to Stephen. He kept saying nothing was wrong and would not fix anything. I took the car to Buckalew Chevy in Conroe. They were very friendly, gave me a loaner, and figured out the problem. The starter wire was melting against the heat Shield, causing it to short the computer and could’ve burned down the car. I would drive the extra 20-30 minutes to do my service there next time. DO NOT USE WIESNERS!!!
Had a slow leak in my tire. Service checked the tire for me because I was fixing to travel for work. They told me nothing was wrong with the tire and they respun it and told me it was fine. After driving for 600 miles my tire was basically flat. I took it to discount tire and they said it had a nail in it. Apparently the nail had been it for a long time because the tire had been losing air since I bought the car.
