Indigo,  Sloane, Melissa and Chester are the best! Let me start about how my husband and I made appointments for a couple massage for Saturday. Well due to a traffic accident and going to the wrong location we were late! We called and Chester checked us in over the phone to cut down on time.. We finally arrived and Melissa had us sign the consent and called Indigo and Sloane to the lobby, (our masseuses) even though we were late they worked until their lunch hour so we could have the whole 60 minutes. Our massages were fantastic just enough pressure, not too much. After our massages Melissa told us about their Mothers Day special buy one get one free. Thank you for pampering us and helping us to relax. And an extra thanks for saving us money! We will be back.

Indigo is my favorite and is the best therapist Ive ever had, especially when it comes to listening and targeting problem areas, but have used a number of the therapists here and all are above average in my rather extensive massage experience. Would recommend.

Ive had an account with Massage Envy for a few years. I had an appointment today for 2pm . At about 12:20 received a call canceling my appointment because the therapist had a personal situation come up. I told the person while I understood emergencies occur this is the second time this week Ive been canceled. He said he was sorry he didnt know that Ive been canceled twice this week but there was nothing he could do. Really, nothing, I will be canceling my account and better not be canceled for any further appointments for which are already paid.

The massage itself was incredible and felt wonderful. The problem was when I went to check out. They were running a buy one get one special. When booking I specially clarified that it would be $65 for the buy one get one deal and I was assured that was the case. The lady at check was rude about it and just kept rambling off member specials. And was told that for the deal it would be $119- double what I came in expecting to pay. Will not be returning for this reason which is very sad because I loved my massage.

Well, my husband had got me an hour and half massage and I was so so excited!!!I just wanted to relax and enjoy the massage.The massage therapist was great with her massage technique BUT.... she talked the whole hour and a half! By the time I left, I knew everything about her, her boyfriend and her family !!! So disappointed!

Buyer be ware!Bought my wife a year membership for her birthday. Just found out they keep charging you each month after the year is up. Not a big deal, standard for membership places. What’s upsetting is when you sign the paperwork to terminate your contract they only give you 60 days to use up the rest of your massages. We have been traveling most of the year and she has 10 massages left. She will need to go in every six days to get a massage or loose the $55 each massage cost. I don’t understand why Envy would allow a service someone paid for to expire, other than sheer greed and poor business practices. I think Audible pulled the same stunt and lost a class action law suit over it.

My husband and I love coming to ME Huntsville. I love the flexibility of being able to use my membership at other MEs while on vacation. The staff are usually very welcoming. Nick and Scarlett are wonderful!

The staff was welcoming and made the process smooth. Nick was my therapist and provided hands down the best massage I have ever had (out of hundreds over the past 20 years). He listened to me when describing my back and tension issues. He provided his recommendations for my first massage with him and how it would assist the healing process and build for the next visit. He is a consummate professional and I could tell he takes pride in helping people.Yes, this is a chain and it could be a hit or miss with service and consistency but for my experience, it has been well worth the investment. Highly recommend giving them a chance at the Whitesburg location.

Their online booking system is thorough and intuitive, well-designed which is refreshing (nothing worse than having to struggle through a bad UI to digitally book an appointment somewhere).Zachary has been my masseuse every time and he is fantastic - very communicative and great at his work. Have never had a negative experience here and would recommend Massage Envy to anyone and massage therapy in general for mitigating stress and tension.

I wasn’t real impressed. Some months I got a fairly good massage but mostly not. Nice environment but I have had much better massages in Huntsville and didn’t have to sign an agreement to get them.

As with All chain franchises sometimes you get the greatest service ever and other times it is somewhat disappointing. However I have generally had a good experience with massage envy. As a general rule there massage therapists are talented friendly and exceptional at their job.Well I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking at getting a massage at a reasonable price the check in and prep process eating into your hour still kind of irritates me. In their defense however they make that clear from the very beginning that that is a part of the total allotted time.

I scheduled a massage on line using their scheduler and my appointment was not scheduled! For there to only be two locations in the city, you all need to do better! Definitely will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere!! Be ware of the online scheduler!!

Very professional care! Great value and tranquil atmosphere. Ive not had a poor experience ever, and going on two years membership now. Richard is my massage therapist! Ive used other therapists there also and not one has been disappointing. Facials are also on the menu and I would highly recommend this option! Stephanie, usually greets me at the front desk and always makes sure Im happy and comfortable, before and after massage. Little known secret in Huntsville, AL. 😀 Management is most hospitable!

Had the worst experience on my first visit, the lady told me not to take off my scrubs, did stretches on my shoulder and back, never went there for 3 months. Second visit was excellent, was surprised when I was told it was going to be a complete massage the guy did a great job, but it makes no difference the first experience was bad can’t wait to get over with this monthly payments Am ok with them having my monthly payments with no service it’s been 8 months I have visited only 2 times.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!My husband and I had an account here for a year, never with a complaint. But, when we went to close our accounts, the company failed to uphold our last session. Incredibly rude customer service when we tried to get it figured out. AND the manager, Laura, apparently has no set hours, so we were told to just keep trying to get ahold of her. Unbelievable!Hand and Stone, here we come!!

I hate the day that I ever signed a contract with this company. They are very unprofessional. If you do decide to sign a contract with them think it not strange when your 1hour appointment become 40-45 min. appointments. Or when you book an appointment, show up on time for it only to find out that it was never booked at all. Not to mention when you show up on time for your appointment then they give it to someone else who is waiting in the waiting room with you. Just left my 7:00pm appointment that ended 10mins. before 8pm. Not to mention the fact that it always smell like bad feet andfoot powder in there. I cant wait until my contract ends. 👎☹👎

Scheduled an appointment a month out. The day before they call and told me they have to reschedule because the therapist I had given her notice. When I asked why I was just finding out if she put in notice I was told that she didnt think they knew what day she was actually leaving. Poor management. The appointment before I was called to reschedule. It was at least the same day, but put me at an awkward time because I had already made plans. For a place that is supposed to promote good health and mental wellness, I leave frustrated most of the time. If I had a closer option or didnt have a back up on points I would not go here.

Not bad but not exceptional. The massage felt good, though it wasnt as relaxing as others Ive had. Maybe I should have chosen a different style, though I did specify I would have liked my legs focused on, which they didnt. For the price, Id probably go somewhere else.

I walked in to schedule my first appointment. The person at the desk was very flustered and could not comprehend what I wanted. Finally got the time and day scheduled. I received a message that I had two appointments scheduled. Cancelled the second appointment when I went to the first. Tried calling to schedule an appointment for 3 days. No answer, please leave a message. Tried using the app. Never any availability. Walked in to schedule an appointment. A person with an appointment came in and the desk help asked if I minded her getting her info. I said ok. She got the persons name, started asking questions. Then told me it was going to take a bit because... I told her I’d just call. Of course, I don’t expect anyone to answer the phone! I miss Massage Envy in Dothan. They’re great.

Always on tune. The staff greets you upon arrival. Show up early to take advantage of water and tea for relaxing before massage or whatever services, as they offer many, you may have scheduled.

Worst massage I have ever had. 1 it was a couples massage...thats not what made it bad. My masseuse wouldnt shut up. My wife is trying to enjoy her massage...if its too hard Ill tell you. Yes my hair is nice and soft(thanks for noticing) but shut up about it. 2. If a client tells you that the muscles on their left side of their neck has been tight and bothering them...maybe work mostly on that side instead of the other.3. I was in there for a full body massage 50 minutes...why spend 45 minutes on my back and 5 on the rest (ok...maybe more 35-15)4. We dont want to hear the neighbours having a end of the night party (I know that wasnt really the massage therapists fault...thats a management issue)5. If I hadnt waited so late to book we would have went to terrame...save your money and go to terrame... youll thank me for it.

Massages can be a bit hit or miss depending on who you get and how you like your massage. Facials are fabulous! Staff is very professional and helpful!

Everyone here is very friendly! Me and my boyfriend went for are anniversary yesterday our first massage ever, dorothy and mellisa was our therapist they did an amazing job. Weve never had one before they made us feel very comfortable and so relaxed, and there price was awesome as well. Thank you we definitely will be back!

The place is ok for a spa my massage was just mediocre, they’ll try to sell you a membership that they will tell you you only get this one chance for the introductory price, this is not true they will text you in a week or 2 offering it again don’t feel pressured to buy right away! The offer will be waiting for you later!

My husband is currently stationed in Washington state and I currently live in Alabama with our daughter and for Valentines day he scheduled me a massage for Feb 20. The whitesburg location in Huntsville called me the day before to confirm my appt for 0900. I get there at 9 get checked in and sat down in the waiting room. No one comes to check on me or come get me for my appt .I say there for an hour and half until someone finally comes and tells me the lady with not be in today and someone was suppose to call me last night. Absolutely ridiculous!!! 😡😡😡😡

I do not like this company, their business approach is sneaky and underhanded. They offer a very resonably discounted massage to all new clients, however, this is just to draw you into their establishment so that they can pounce on you once you are there.Here is how it works:As a new client you get your first massage at a discounted rate, less than $50, which is a great deal. So obviously I expected the price to go up on all consecutive massages but what I didnt expect was to have to make a decision after my first massage to become a member. Their massage rates for non-members are ridiculous, $99 per hour! Their member rates are reasonable, $60 a month for a one hour massage. However, their membership requires a 12 month contract to receive this price and in order to avoid being charged a chunk of extra money to sign up for their membership you have to make a decision before you leave after your first appointment. They purposefully dont tell you this before your appointment but wait until afterwards when you are relaxed and have massage brain and cant think clearly. I dont feel like this system is designed to benefit the client but the business, mostly because of their approach. There are no options available to the client to cancel the membership if the business provides a poor experience, or if a customer is unsatisfied, etc. I recommend going elsewhere, there are better massage therapists available at similar prices in other day spas in Huntsville, without having to sign a contract.
