Everything about my recent rental was great. I got a decent, reliable, low mileage vehicle, for a very fair price. Service was also very good. Everyone was polite, quick and efficient. I will definitely return when I have a future rental need.

They told me they would have a car available in the afternoon. I called late afternoon to check that I can come get one. They never picked up my call. I was on hold for an insanely long time.

No hassle...Very good experience!!! The staff is friendly, professional, and excellent with their communication skills. I scheduled a pick up time, and my car and driver were there 5 minutes early which was perfect. The paperwork was easy and everything was explained clearly.The rental car was almost brand new, clean both inside and out, and we had reserved it for 1 week. I ordered a mid size SUV and felt that the car was fairly priced.I would definitely reserve, and have on previous visits, rented our cars from Enterprise in Huntley, Illinois. It is also easy to return the rental...no delays.

I’ve rented cars from them a few times and they’ve always been professional and easy to work with. I went through an insurance claim and got a rental through Enterprise. They were “on it” immediately. I had just hung up with the insurance when Enterprise called me to ask what sort of car I wanted, when I could pick it up, etc. I asked if they’d pick me up at home and they did. The whole process was seamless. From the insurance claim rental to personal rentals, it’s always been a seamless experience. I did have an issue with one of the rentals, and when I brought it up, they corrected it immediately. Highly recommended!

I recently had my old reliable vehicle with 196k miles on it breakdown on me just before leaving the state for a long weekend vacation. I had a second vehicle to tide me over while on vacation but needed transportation as soon as i returned. I worked with Matt at our local branch and he set me up with a very nice vehicle (Cadillac XT5) that i used to help me shop for a new vehicle, take the kids to school, and get to work. I originally thought I would only need the car for a day or two but car shopping turned out to be more of a challenge that originally expected. Matt helped me extend my rental day by day for several days. One quick phone call and he took care of it. He also put me in touch with a contact to purchase a car from Enterprise. While that didnt end up working out I appreciated the effort and the large amount of selections they provided. Glad we have such a good branch in our town and good people working there. Had to get a rental car for several days after someone crashed into my car. Was pretty unhappy and definitely not looking forward to driving a different car or even going through the process of renting one. However, the staff here made everything so easy. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They picked me up from and dropped me back off at the body shop my car was at. They even chose the most easy-to-drive car for me. Thank you,

Terrible experience with this company they kept my deposit of $100 and didnt tell me they were charging me for extra insurance it was just a big joke I was thinking I was going to get $50 back from my deposit while they kept it Ill never go back there again ever I give this one star if I could give it less I would the only nice person there was Frank who gave me a ride home

Rented a car that was too small for my needs while my truck gets repaired from hitting a deer. Spencer went above and beyond to get me a bigger vehicle. Great office to rent a car from. Cant thank them enough for all of their help.

We rent here often when we travel to my sons tumbling meets. Service is always excellent! This past weekend was my sons state meet. My husband called and let them know he may upgrade so we could drive to the meet in style. When it was time to pick my husband up the staff showed up in a Cadillac XT5 that we drove for a previous meet. They remembered how much my husband liked how it drove and made sure they picked it up at a different location so that we had it this weekend! This is their normal customer service. They always make is feel like family.

Painless reservation process. Rental van was great and gas mileage exceeded my expectations. Drop off was simple and straightforward.

Ive rented from here at least 6 times the past year.The staff is always friendly and very attentive -when its youre turn. Wont make eye contact til theyre done with their current customer. Its nice to be acknowledged.The interior of the cars are never cleaned past a quick vac. They have consistently substituted the specific requests I made and the last car I rented had parts missing, ran very badly and got 10 miles to a gallon - if was a Fiat econocar. They dont all seem to be well maintained vehicles.Im going to try another location next time.

Friendly staff, too bad I got an ugly car but thats all they had at the moment. I wished they wouldve told me they were going to charge my debit card prior to returning the vehicle. If youre paying with credit card, they will charge it upon returning of car. Other than that, I would go here again when I need a vehicle and I would recommend this location.
