Ive always had friendly service here. Sometimes they get busy and the wait is a little long, and sometimes when an event is going on, parking is hard to find.

There is a certain lady at the customer service counter who is useless. 2 times I visited this post office to ship a package, both times she tells me the ship to address is not in their system and cant help. Funny the address shows up on Google with pictures even but, its not in their system? So each time I leave and drive to Algonquin post office and there are no issues at all with the address. Package sent. Must be a different computer system huh? Typical lazy worker.

A little treasure in downtown Huntley. Staff is wonderful. Very fortunate to have them there. Always stop in and pickup the latest stamps!

Horrible customer service. Visited for the first time and needed a piece of tape to adhere a prepaid label to a box.... Was told I needed to buy a roll of tape because they dont have any for customers! The lady literally told me she would get in trouble if she gave me a piece of tape! I then said I dont have my wallet as I heard someone in the back TAPING BOXES. She said sorry I dont have any... And asked a customer to give me a piece of tape. Unbelievable.Gav gave me a piece

The Huntley post office is a small town post office one like you would see up north say Hayward Wisconsin. Yes it is very small and usually there is only one or two people that are able to service you. There usually is a line but I have never encountered any rudeness or disrespect from the employees. If youre going to hurry dont go there go somewhere else otherwise stand in line make some conversation and enjoy yourself

Prompt attention, first telephone number was it corrrct, next also. Next was for own po. Which was correct number, then given required info.Thanks.

Recently multiple letters has been returned to senders with note Not deliverable as addressed. Did not received important legal documents and utility bill (so far what I am aware of). There were the days that there was nothing delivered. Looks like a mail fraud or theft at Huntley Post Office. Living at the same address for last 17 years and never had a problem like this one before. Huntley Police should be involved because I think that I am not the only one victim here

Very friendly community post office in quaint downtown Huntley.

Pretty much like everyone on here says. Terrible service. I rolled up to the post office thinking they close at 1pm. It was actually 12pm and I rolled up at exactly 12pm. There was a postal worker outside, emptying out the mailbox. She sees me pull up and get out of my car with packages. Instead of waiting and telling me they’re closed or taking a couple minutes to help me out, she runs inside with her bin and by the time I reached the door, it was locked. Great service, USPS. Not surprised that people are using you less and less.

Their delivery is terrible. Always getting some one elses mail. Today my doctors office received a piece of mail marked return to sender. The name and address was correct but the envelope is marked no one with this name @ this address. LOL, Ive lived there for over 30 years!

It is small space but the people working there are always efficient, helpful and friendly! Never had a problem with delivery or service in the 12 years Ive been in Huntley.

Constantly ruin, and lose mail. Always find everyone elses mail in my mail box. Always get the second and final notice about packages without ever receiving the first slip. Not one good thing to say. Prefer to drive to Algonquin or use FedEx/UPS. Can not trust my local mail carrier.

I recommend Hampshire or Gilberts. The lady at the Huntley location was very rude. I only stopped at this one because I was in the area. Definitely regret it. As a side note too: the lady there was chewing her gum loudly and with her mouth wide open. Very disgusting if you ask me.

Every time, when we ask Flat Rate Envelope, they dont have it. Instead of that, they offering double price Package. I dont understand, why they make us Pay double price while there is option at half price shipping. and this happens every single time and that is why I am putting review.

I’m not getting all of my mail. There were 4 very important pieces I should have received back in May and just now finding out I never received them. Who can I call?

An absolute trainwreck of a location where even the most remedial of services is a task worthy of the legend of Hercules. The most recent example of this is a certified mailing sent to Downers Grove on October 27. As of November 8 (12 days later) nobody within the U.S. Post Office system has any idea where the item is or why, after nearly 2 weeks, a standard sized envelope was unable to travel from Huntley to Downers Grove. If this were the first such incident with this specific office or if I had comparable issues with, for example, the Harrison Avenue location in Rockford, I would be more forgiving. Go to the location in Gilberts or the location in Elgin on Randall Road; save yourself the distress.

Awful customer service and each time Ive went, Ive had the same man who is very rude. Id rather pay a few more dollars and use UPS for my future packages.

The most rude unhelpful people I have ever met. I will never use this office again. Disappointed that these people represent Huntley. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Slow service! They keep delivering mail for previous tenant despite asking several times

Mail man backed up into my driveway and knocked my garbage can over (luckily disposal company just picked up trash).Didnt even bother get out and put it back up. Pure ignorance.Employees inside post office lack of proffesionalism also

I’m constantly getting my neighbors mail. I absolutely hate that we can’t drive up to the box at the office as well. I have to drag my kids out of the car if I can’t get the spot right in front of the box. Everyone that I’ve personally dealt with have always acted like they are having such a bad day.
