I have been servicing all of our cars at this location for years now, although I have several places I can use much closer to my home. They are professional, honest, friendly and do a great job. I especially want to mention Arlyn, the store manager and Dan, the service manager as they always go out of their way to assure customer satisfaction. Many other shops can use them as an example of what a great customer service is! Thank you so much for always taking such a good care of us!

I recently experienced an issue with my vehicle and Auto Tech was able to get me in to initially look at it the same day. I brought it back the next week for a thorough check and they found a couple issues and were able to get them repaired earlier than expected. Every time I have visited Auto Tech in Huntley, the service has been done quickly and the staff has been informative and very nice. I will continue to take my vehicle there as I have been happy with the services they have provided.

This was the best automotive repair shop experience I’ve had in years. My car needed a lot of work and Auto Tech handled it all with ease and at a reasonable price. And they did it within a few hours. My faith in auto mechanics has been restored!

Excellent service! We showed up 20 minutes before closing with a rapidly leaking tire due to a screw puncture. The manger got us in immediately and his team was able to repair our tire and send us safely on our way back to Wisconsin. First time here, but they’ve won my repeat business. Squeezed me in for some emergency pre-roadtrip repairs, sourced some otherwise backordered parts next day, and got the work done a day quicker than what they said was ‘best case’ turnaround. And above that, kept the final bill to their original quote. Local, professional, and so far it seems like upfront honest repairs.

The entire staff are wonderful. Very friendly and competent in what they do. I feel safe in my car knowing that they worked on it and I never feel that they have inflated the cost of their work.

My family drove an hour and a half away to take the kids to the pumpkin farm. We got off the highway and had a flat tire. We called this place and they told us to come in they would take care of it right away. So, we took all 3 kids to sit in the waiting room while they patched the tire super fast and had us on our way!!! Thank you guys so much for making sure my family still had a nice day and was able to get back home.

Auto tech is always a great place to do business with. They make it a very easy process to get you on the road again, FAST! Ive been there 3 times now and theyre always professional and never seem pushy, like many other places. Always a thorough estimate to look for other things that are wrong or need to be fixed but again, Ive never been made to feel pushed to get things done. Great shop and fast spot on service!

Blew a tire out a day before leaving for a vacation. Called and asked if they could help me. Without hesitation, they said they had what I needed and to get there by 5. Tires sales yes, doing brakes NO! Had them replace rear calipers pads and rotors but had issues with soft brake petal. Well they didn’t get all the air out of the lines! Then they still squeaked when driving, had to change pads agin soon. Now just a year or so later they tell me after rotation rear pads are down to 1mm. I sai NO and did them myself only to find their was plenty of pad left!! Liars!!! Plus the just replaced caliper on one side totally seized, have to replace AGAIN. Brakes should be a slam dunk to a tire shop, but not here. Stick to the tires!

Had 2 new tires put on the fronts, as I was checking out after car was completed, I asked the employee if they checked and filled air in all tires for safety and fuel economy, he said yes, traveling home all 4 tires read ranges from 40 psi & 37 PSI on the newly installed tires, and the other 2 tires were reading 30 PSI,Just a simple task

I use to always go to the Crystal Lake location because the service from Bob was outstanding. He always asked about family and always took the time to explain and answer any questions. Now that I’m in Huntley I recently purchased four tires and received the same great service. They even price matched my tires, checked the alignment and answered all my questions and concerns without rushing me or making me feel I was putting them out. Now, my son is coming in from Milwaukee, as he just purchased four tires. They were fabulous at finding the right tire even offering options and was able to fit him in so he could be back in Milwaukee Saturday evening! Nate was really kind and patient.Highly recommended

My check engine light came on in our 2008 Ford Escape and I called the team at Auto Tech Center - Huntley. They were able to get the vehicle in and fixed in the same day, earlier than expected. We were diagnosed to have a locked up water pump that caused overheating. Their explanations of the problems they find are easily understood, they are friendly and courteous, and their prices are competitive. CJ and the staff at Auto Tech looked my car over and provided me with a diagnosis of the problem and that it should still be covered under dealer warranty. Very slow, tons of excuses. Came in for a simple tire plug took over an hour and thats with an appointment. Friendly staff, just slow, I like to use Goodyear dealers, but not sure if I would come back!

I came in on 7/16/19 approxinately 20 minutes before close with a flat tire. The three young gentlemen closing up the shop were absolutely wonderful! Very polite and willing to help. Went in for a nail in my tire. They accommodated quickly and got my wife in.They fixed it, but they did not advise of the price and charged me $30.00 for a plug in the tire. I think that’s insane, and not clearing the price for services is just bad business. I’ll think twice about going here in the future.

I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change, and they were able to accommodate me. Now we are going to buy tires from them. I always like to support local businesses, especially those with such a high rating.

We were on the road when I got a low tire warning msg. Stopped at a gas station to see about putting in air when I noticed a screw in the tire. Googled nearest service station and was directed to Auto Tech. Couldn’t be happier that was where we were sent. We were told they would look at it in 10 minutes. Which is what they did. 25 minutes later we were back on the road as very happy customers!

It was an absolute pleasure and priviledge getting service from this well mannered team! I was coming from Chicago on 10 psi in one tire when I found their beautiful facility. I am also a single mom and had my twins with me. I expressed that to Arlyn on the phone, who also helped me walk in the door with my children and got my vehicle in to be looked at straight away! I also got my rim fixed (as was the reason for low tire pressure) and tires rotated, ALL FOR FREE. Timely and responsive! They quickly and professionally took care of my tire repair.

Time and time again I’ve taken my car to auto tech to find out what is wrong with it and time and time again they’ve told me the wrong thing that was wrong with it. They’ve told me twice that I needed to pay 4 grand plus to fix my car. I took it to the dealership and it ended up only costing me 700 dollars to fix. I will not be going to auto tech anymore. I encourage you to always seek a second opinion when auto tech tells you what’s wrong with your car

I was shopping around for good tires at a decent price. I called Auto Tech and spoke to CJ. I wanted tires that were good in snow,ice, that had a nice comfortable ride and not noisy. CJ had some great recommendations.I was thrilled to get some great tires at a great price! Customer service is exceptional at Auto Tech.

Came to this location today (2/25/19) for an oil change before my road trip to Texas. I previously asked for a quote through email and received one within 24 hours albeit it was $53 that I was quoted. I did have a coupon for $19.95 for an oil change and went and used said coupon.I paid a little extra since my motor is slightly bigger and it used 1 quart of oil more. After taxes I paid $27.xx for an oil change, fluids topped off, quote on tires, and battery being checked.It did take a while but they do offer coffee and water. One small thigg that did seem a bit confusing was that it seemed the coupon was for an oil change PLUS tire rotation. Thats what I believed I was going to get. Thats not what I actually got. The gentleman at the counter said it was only for the oil change using full synthetic. So I didnt get a tire rotation.I did end up getting donuts, so thats a plus. I will definitely be going back and may even think about getting those tires. From the quick research I did, their pricing on the tires they quoted me werent bad at all, and that includes lifetime hazard warranty.

As always Auto Tech in Huntley delivers. They have been taking care of my vehicles for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The manager Arlyn always takes time to explain what the problem is and even shows me the parts that need replacing. That is huge to someone who doesnt have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cars. I had a tie that was leaking pretty fast - Arlyn Roche was great - he got me in the shop right away, pulled out a construction mail that was bent, therefore the culprit to the flat tire syndrome. The tire was finished within an hour and I was on my way again - Thank you Arlyn!!!
