Look up the WV Public Service Commission laws on “Maximum Statewide Wrecker Rates”!!They tried to refuse to allow me to get my personal items out of my car until I paid a bill that was illegally too high - after looking up the regulations I filed a report and am trying to get this situation fixed, but it is a night mare.It is completely illegal for them to retain your personal items due to payment - they’re only allowed to retain the vehicle and the things built into the vehicle.One of the guys there was attempted to intimidate me and slapped me across the back and told me to do something about it.I’ll provide anyone who wants the recordings of their comments and documents of the invoice along with the legal regulations.

JBs towing came to our rescue very quick and helped us get back on the road. I was traveling to Virginia Friday night with my mother, sister-in-law and 2 children when I hit a rough patch of road on 64. I thought something in the rear end broke. I searched tow companies for the area and called them. They brought the roll back and another truck for the 5 of us to ride in. We were around 4 or 5 miles from a rest stop so they took the car there so my husband could come get it the next day, but after we got there it was just the exhaust strap had broken and they strapped it back up with one of their rachet straps so that we were able to continue our trip to go see my son at Fort Lee military base. My husband and brother didnt have to make the 2 1/2 hour trip that night to bring me another vehicle. They also didnt charge any more than what they said the tow would be, even though they took the time to fix it so we could continue on. So thankful for them!

I always had heard about jbs employees being rude and money hungry. I always believed it until last year when my car was towed and had a lot of extra expenses along with it. When they heard my story of what happened the lady gave me a quote but told me that it was for that day only . They are very nice and understanding and only doing the job they were hired to do. She took $500 off the bill and I was very grateful for that. Their attitude depends on your attitude. Very nice receptionist.

They lied and said they did not have my vehicle. When I spotted it on their property, I called again. Over $1000 worth of my personal property was stolen from the car by employees.

Great people, great service! Wheather you break down or wreck, they will help you anyway they can. They will make sure you make it home safely, and will even give you a ride if needed. Would highly recommend to family and friends!

They are a very good company, and have a very good head on there shoulders. will always try there best to help you out. They have never left me stranded.

Very professional people. They gave me and my dog a ride home after breaking down, even bought me a cold pop. Called several others and their prices were outrageous. JBs by far has the best prices.

My son wrecked and it was going to cost me $445 to get the car back and that was if I did so the very next day. It wouldve cost me more to get the case back and repair than it was worth, so I took them the title so he could get his belongings from it. I then found out that I had to also pay a $50 processing fee. Ive never had this situation with any other company Ive dealt with.
