The woman I spoke to (Ive forgotten her name) was knowledgeable, informative, & very helpful. She actually didnt have the records I was looking for, but she told me the exact steps to take, & who to contact to get what I needed. I would not hesitate to contact them again, should the need arise.

Difficult to get help, especially for single disabled households. Also, will not give out a referral for christmas or thanksgiving baskets to single disabled househoulds of 1 persons.
