So in February I had them clean/ drain the cesspool and overflow. Two days ago it started backing up again I called the plumber thinking It cannot be the cesspool, bacause it was recently done…. Plumber came and yup it was full again. Called them they said it was problably the rain, they do not guarantee their work. Rain? Really? They could come again and charge me a full fee…. For something that its supposed to last at least 3 years. Costumer Service FAIL.
I had called Mr. Pump when I had a problem with my sewage backing up, thankfully they came the very same day. When Gregory and his young colleague arrived, they found the primary cesspool right away! I was very impressed! They began pumping, when I explained the issues I was having, Gregory unclogged the main pipeline and with a snake, from different access points to make sure the clog was cleared. Gregory explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, very professional and very friendly! Would definitely use their services again! 👍🏼
Gregory and Jacob very professional and knowledgeable.... Gregory had to look for the pool and he was on mark ! So it was very impressive. Price could have been a little better but the job got done and I was happy for the most part Thank you for being on time and quick in regard of the appointment.

Not good, they do very bad job. Leave mess behind, only pump half end they leave.
My experience with these guys was negative enough to motivate me to write my first Google review ever. I have never lived in a home with a cesspool until this year, and didnt really know what to expect in terms of the process for servicing it. We came across Mr. Pump online, and when we saw a special on their website ($199 for 1000 gallon pump), we assumed their pricing was fair. As it turns out, this assumption was very wrong. We called to get more info on pricing for a routine pump. The woman on the phone wouldnt provide a quote, but assured us that the technician would walk us through the process in detail and provide an estimate BEFORE starting any work. My husband greeted him when he arrived, and the technician went out back to look around. Next thing we know, the pump is complete and the technician is presenting us with a bill for $706 that he refuses to explain or negotiate. When my husband questioned it, the technician just laughed. When I called the owner he was rude and aggressive. He yelled that it was our fault for letting the technician begin work without us pulling him aside to ask him what he was doing/the cost. Any professional would walk a customer through the process and cost breakdown before just beginning work and presenting them with a WILDLY overpriced arbitrary bill at the end.Oh... to top things off, the technician arrived with a kid (about 16y old... by no means a little kid) who proceeded to openly urinate in our backyard during the service. Disgusting, illegal, and beyond inappropriate.Im calling my bank to dispute the charge. Avoid these guys at all costs.
Used these guys for years and always used to be good. Things happend and others took over and now they try to strong arm you with price when you need them. Guy said “ it’s not worth sending a truck, cause it aint worth the overtime” since it was after 4pm. What a joke!
SCAM..SCAM...SCAM...I DARE YOU ANGELO TO PROVE THAT IM WRONG, YOU TOOK MY $200 CASH REFUSING TO GIVE RECEIPT !. YOU PUMPED THE CESSPOOL ON MARCH 31ST AND WAS OVERFLOWING ON APRIL 3RD....YOU HUNG UP RUDELY THE PHONE ON ME...WHAT A SCAM
