Apparently someone is incapable of delivering a package even though one of their coworkers delivered one yesterday. Or they’re just too lazy to finish their job for the day. They said that the address I provided was wrong even though it has been the exact same address my whole life and the only one I’ve ever used on Amazon. But it’s okay I’ll do it for you and just pick it up! With peace and love. 🖕🏼

Never delivers packages to my home. Drivers instead enter into their computer “hold package for delivery” and leave no notification and often send packages back without my direction. All because they don’t like my driveway which I understand but FedEx and USPS have no problem with. I purchased a large container for packages to be dropped off in and have told UPS that packages may be dropped off at the end of my driveway but this still happens 100% of the time. It is really frustrating to do business with this company.
Worst delivery service in my area period. My package can get halfway across the country in two day but cant get from huntingtion to my house ( 1hr drive) in a week. Everyday I try to pick it up that day its out for delivery but yet I doesnt get delivered. The driver was delivering less than 10 minutes away from my house today but skipped me. The last package we got from them was damaged and had to be sent back. Something really needs done about whoever is running this route. The USPS does an amazing job in my area and FedEx does okay to, UPS has been the worst Ive experienced period.
Really need to have customer service hours later than 2:30pm.
The hours in the website need updated!! Stated open until 6:30. I drove there at 3:30, unfortunately on the door the hours are 9-2pm!😡
There is a new driver on our route and he could not find our house. I went over and let the supervisor know. They held my package when the drivers shift was over and I picked it up. Thank you UPS
Overall good service but something isnt undeliverable if the driver doesnt know how to get there. Understand it was a new guy but it caused one heck of a headache.

Francis went beyond the call of duty with incredible customer service! I came in with 4 fishing poles my grandsons forgot during summer visit with no box. Francis custom made one ..now my son-in-law is none the wiser that the kids forgot his poles. Thanks Francis!
My package arrived at the facility this morning at 5am. It was scheduled to be delivered today. Being that it was there this morning, there is no reason why my delivery date shouldve been pushed back. Tried to call the number listed and its a call center in India that has no clue whats going on here. All I got was you should receive a phone call in the next few hours so that you can know where your package is.I wouldnt consider this experience anywhere near customer friendly. If you need a package, youd better hope nothing goes wrong. Otherwise youre screwed.
Our company had a package shipped to us via UPS. After waiting nearly a week I called the company that shipped the package and was informed that it was delivered to the customers front desk six days ago. Funny, because there is no front desk in our office. After having an investigation opened and reviewing the signature of the person who signed for our package, I was finally able to locate our package. The package not only had our companys name, but it also had the correct mailing address and correct suite number on the label. Perhaps UPS needs to hire drivers who can read and are not too lazy to walk up one flight of stairs (or take elevator) to deliver a package that weighed about one pound.
I’ve never had a problem. If you are polite you tend to get your packages quickly.

Picked up a next day order. Found out it was incorrectly marked and the girl at the counter went out of her way to find my package. Not a lot of people would have put in that much effort. Very good experience. Will go back again without hesitation.

There are good days and bad days. Guess they were having a bad day. Customer Center opened 45 minutes late.
This ups location is terrible. Suppose to have gotten my package on Saturday December the 10th. And still havent received it. Called ups and they couldnt tell me anything about when my package will be arriving. I think ups should have to pay us for the time while we are waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered days ago!!!! Still waiting .
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Im tired of the drivers doing a crap job and saying my address doesnt exist or that my address is wrong. MY ADDRESS DOES EXIST and DONT TELL ME THAT MY OWN ADDRESS IS WRONG. Start doing your job and you wouldnt have such a problem finding my address. And now I have to wait until Monday to go PICKUP my package, something I shouldnt have to do. The service is crap and Ill never send anything through UPS.

Teresa Kidd must live on top of Mt. Imawhiner. Ive never had any issue with UPS delivery regardless of season. By far the most dependable delivery system.
If you live in a rural area, dont expect to get your packages until Spring. One snowflake causes a UPS catastrophe. Also, when you DO finally get those packages, be prepared to pick them up at your neighbors house. Unreliable and inconsistent, poor service all around.

Unlike the other delivery systems that give you a time to expect a package. They randomly dropped mine off while i was at work 12pm. There is no way to call this customer service directly. I called the national line to ask them if they could tell me what time after a bit of discussion he said he would just leave it at the center. That this specific center would call me. They of course never did.I physically went to this really out of the way location. Had to wait 10 minutes for a train to pass. Now im at the center which opens at 1pm which is very convienant. Because i got here at 1230. The woman at the service desk just looked at me and made me wait the full 30 minutes. I work in customer service and will never do business with this company again. Absolutely terrible. Fed ex or USPS for my future transactions.I would never in a million years treat customers this way.

Sometimes this place is lazy, or cheap. They have delivered to my home countless times through Amazon, but when they received a package weighing 7 pounds through a RMA, they sent me a flyer telling me that my address was undeliverable. Thats just pathetic.
They always deliver to my door and are very friendly!!
