Excellent service all the time.these are the guys i use anytime i get into my favorite city. they have never failed me. all i have to do schedule a pickup, pay what due and voila i get my ride every time.its been the best service for me every time. Ive never had reason for a refund or issues with delay.

My elderly mother was taken to the Huntington Hospital ER last night. At 6:45am she was released but I was unable to get there to take her home being 2 hours away. I called Eco Taxi and I cannot praise them enough. The driver Jeffrey was wonderful. He arrived in record time. Called me to confirm all was well and my mother was in the cab. He stayed on the line with me, confirmed she was safely home and I cannot find the words to express how grateful I am for this. This was during the snow storm. I usually do not write reviews and as we most know, when one is happy they say thank you and when they are unhappy they write a bad review. This Cab Service and amazing driver put my mind at ease when I was so overwhelmed with worry about my sick elderly mother. From one who is not a review writer I am compelled to take the time to write this. You deserve 100 plus stars!! 5 are not enough. Thank You Jeffrey!! You are a diamond!!! I called for a taxi going from melville to brentwood and paid the $30 fare with my credit card over the phone. Before I called back 5 minutes later to cancel it, they took the $30 from my card. I called continuously for 2 months about getting reimbursed but they just gave me the run around, telling me to leave my name and number so someone can get back to me. No one ever did. I spoke with management as well several times with no sucess. I tried to reach out to them with letters but got them back with refused written on them.This company is very unprofessional and has horrible management.They kept my money when they didnt provide their services. DO NOT USE THEM!

A few moths ago they charged $12.00 to go from Huntington Bay to the train station. The fare has gone up to $18.00, and I was told when I called to complain that management tells them to charge that for getting in the cab. My son went from the house to the station via Eco taxi, but missed his train--they made him wait over an hour for a cab--because they said they thought he was a prank caller. My daughter missed her train today, as they were late, and they charge an egregious $18.00AWFUL unreliable expensive and rude

Called three times in a span of a half hour only to have a receptionist tell me to Please Hold only to never return each time. I give them one poop out of five poops.

Called Dispatch to pick up my 8 year old son and myself after a night Lax game. Was told 15-20 minutes because of shift changes. I called after 30 minutes when there was a no show and asked how long. Same response, 20 minutes from this point, we are in a shift change. After walking 10 minutes toward my destination I called again and asked the dispatcher to help and do the right thing. He said sorry, I never took the original call. The Drunk cops shot up the wrong cab service. DO NOT USE this company.

I am writing a review based on my experience last night. My assigned driver decided to cancel the trip while I was mid air. When I landed I received a cancelation text, no voicemail and had no ride as a result it cost me double to get home. If you need a car beware

The worst. I missed an international flight because they couldnt get me to the train station, despite having called more than an hour in advance. Will call Uber instead.

If you need someone to give you a ride last minute, these are the guys. I reserved a car to the airport last week from another company, they never showed never answered their phone. I called these guys they got me a car in 10 minutes and thank god! I didnt miss my flight.
