Anyone leaving a positive comment here must be friends or family. The service is not what they promise. When the cleaners left, there was still dirt on our floors and dust on the window sills, among other things. The simplest things were not taken care of. Our house was completely empty as we just bought it so it’s not like they had to move furniture around anything. I honestly have no idea what they did for three hours other than talking on their phone. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. It’s a waste of money and time.
I have received flyers from this company for years. I called because I needed their help--Id had surgery and was unable to clean my house. The person I spoke with was rude, not just a little rude but really hostile. He told me they did not serve my area (why the flyers in my mail box) and they couldnt clean my house for me. Its very disconcerting to receive a flyer with so many services and they refuse to help. Maybe they are a great service but Ill never know. I mentioned that I had knees replaced and could not clean my tub and he said we dont clean tubs.
I hired The Cleaning Authority on a biweekly basis. The first time they did Not clean my shower or dust half my bedroom. On the second occasion, they did the shower, dusted the bedroom but never went under the beds and did not do an entire room on the main floor. They offered to do another cleaning for half price which we accepted unfortunately, as they broke the drain plug in the tub, broke or took a stained glass ornament leaving the stand and broke off a piece of shell on another ornament without mentioning anything. In addition, to wash the floors the woman poured Mr. Clean onto her mop and spread it all on my white tile leaving it to dry and we were sticking to it. I tried washing it off and it still has blue streaks!!!This is the worst cleaning company I have ever had!!!
