Horrible service. Weve been waiting since November for our garage door to be replaced -- we were told then that it was installed improperly, and its under warranty as the house was built last March. Weve stayed home from work twice now waiting on them to come out, and theyve no-call/no-showed both times. This is still unresolved as of mid-January.
