A great little place with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Weve been there several times and were always very happy with the fixes on our computers.

The gang at IMS had my data recovered and machine repaired with new disk drives and a failed graphics card up and running in under 48 hours. Billy was patient and careful to be sure every need was addressed, and after Id returned home he was happy to remote-in for some final tweaks. Friendly and professional, they worked within my budget and saved the day (and the workweek). Thanks, guys!
