Extremely thorough and detailed car wash. They work fast and hard and make sure that they get every last nook and cranny in the car. Ive been to car washes that charge nearly double or more what this one does for barely half the effort and level of detail. Fun that you get to sit in the car for the initial wash too...havent done that since I was a kid

One star for the colorful lights which basically equates to $20 for 15 seconds of entertainment. It would have been nice if the attendant selling me the package with towel dry mentioned that there would be no one there to actually towel dry the car. Even after a second run through, the car looks like my 6 year old nephew attempted a wash. Horrible!

Personal Touch Car Wash does a pretty good job of providing that personal touch that is usually lacking at other car wash facilities. The automated drive-through exterior wash at PT is like what you find at most other places, but their crew of men and women who dry, polish, and finish cleaning the cars go a little above and beyond what Ive seen elsewhere. Of course, this crew of workers have a tiring job but they do it well and I believe they are very deserving of generous tips. God bless them!

Good hands free carwash. Sometimes the machine stops before doing the rear of the car fully.Prices are a little high but competitive to the other washes nearby.Good monthly plans/pay ahead deals.I just wish the undercarriage was included with the basic exterior monthly plan.

Great job cleaning the cars, inside and out. Fast service, too but crazy expensive! No ala carte services and the exterior wash only, with no frills, starts at $18.00. $40.00 if you want your car cleaned, inside and out. It goes up from there!

This is by far the best Car Wash on Long Island. I have been going there for years and they only seem to get better. Always looking out for their customers, always reinvesting to make it better. They do a great job and the customer service makes you feel at peace. Highly Recommend and if you don’t believe me just try it yourself.

I was there today for the first time for an interior and exterior cleaning service for my car. The interior was well done but the exterior was absolutely terrible. There were lots of spots left uncleaned. I pointed out all the uncleaned areas to the worker but he said that they don’t clean more than what the machines could clean unless I went in for a detailed service. After the machine, which didn’t do a great job on its own, the workers only dried off the car with towels, leaving the dirty spots uncleaned. I could wipe off the leftover dirt with my fingers and I did so in front of him. SERIOUSLY. I didn’t want to argue, but it wasn’t a good first experience. Don’t think I will be going back.

This Tunnel seems pretty cool. Guys please try this place out. You will love the experience here. One thing that maybe they should do is change the blower layout or add something like a buff n dry system. Please get this to Five Stars.

Best car wash ever!

Car wash has great monthly plans at a fair price but my car seems to never get fully cleaned with their machine/equipment. I go at least twice a week and some of the same dirty spots on the car still remain there. I had the membership for approximately a year but I dont think I will continue with it for much longer. Cleaning inside and towel dry costs more. Monthly members have access to vacuums to clean the inside of their vehicles.

For 33$ their number 3 wash of interior and exterior is not worth it. They don’t do a thorough cleaning of either inside or out. My center console has stains left on it and the exterior isn’t fully wiped down. Over priced, this is what’s expected on a quick 10$ wash

I just got the $40 full interior wash and the car has not looked this good since it came out of the showroom. They took the time to do it right and Im very happy with the results.

I was a long time user of personal touch car wash. I went back recently after they have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I was very disappointed to learn they have almost doubled their price on a full-service wash. For a basic exterior and interior, they now charge $40 for what used to be in the low 20s supposedly because they “disinfect” the inside. I do not need the inside of my car disinfected! I just need it cleaned . I feel this is totally taking advantage of people during a crisis and very unprofessional. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Personal Touch really takes their time and pride to make your car look brand new again. I have a 2008 Honda Pilot that is in excellent mechanically shape and drives like it did when it was new. Personal Touch made the exterior and the interior of the car look so good it could pass for new if I bought new mats. The dash, doors windows are cleaned and shampooed. The tires and the entire outside of the rubber is glowing not just a brief wipe that wears off in one day. The black rubber in the outside is black again not gray and worn. For the monthly fee of washing your car, its a great bargain for what most car washes on Long Island charge. The man taking the money and the one spraying down the car do an excellent job. My only criticism is that on very busy days it might be better to have two people taking the money and printing out tickets since that could sometimes slow the line down. Other than that, Personal Touch does a great job of keeping one;s car clean for a very reasonable fee.

Not bad, could be better. If your car wash total is $43; I strongly believe your car should be spick and span including wheels. Not enough effort was put in during this visit. My rims was dirty in between spikes with dark dirt Marks present around the vehicle.

I leave the Rockaways and the entire Queens to come here. They do an excellent job and most of the workers there are smiling and happy. The owner is also very friendly. First Responders friendly 🙂

I really like going to this place because I can choose between a quick wash or the whole full service. Most of the time I just get the express wash because I have an unlimited membership. I am usually in and out in five minutes or less except every now and then when they have a long line and even then it doesnt take that long. About once a month I get the inside of the car cleaned which takes about 20 minutes. But its like they detail the car it looks so good and since I am a member of their club I get a pretty good discount on the interior cleaning. I give them 5 stars because it is an all around great place and the people are all very friendly also.

Leo and the crew are amazing caring people. They know us by name and with the awesome monthly plan they have us in and out in no time. The quality of the wash is great, the machines are setup to get most of the grime and rinses the suds off really well. My whole family only goes here. Thats 4 cars.

Seems like a nice place but unfortunately got 35 bucks plus tip it should be a more diligent job. Tire wax not on entire tires.missed rails and atound wherl wells parts of doors. Interior was done pretty well

First time here. I was looking for a car wash I could drive through so the kids could see what it was like from the inside, and they pretty much nailed it! Different color lights flashing with soap spraying and things flapping, the kids loved it.Went with the $30 middle price option. Didnt want to wait terribly long with the kids while they cleaned the inside, but with 3 kids, the inside most definitely needed to be cleaned!They did a great job, and it was 21 total minutes from when I got the kids out of car seats, to when I was buckling them back in.They also have a rain check on the receipt that says if it rains tonight, come in tomorrow for a free exterior quick wash... which I thought was a really cool marketing idea.

Definitely my go to spot when my truck needs special attention. No other wash around cleans as well or as fast. I like the fact theres always an owner on site and the staff is always pleasant. You can tell they are ten steps ahead of the competition

Great job! My car looks brand new again every time I go through. Lovely, courteous Service. Only problem is the double line to get in. People waiting on right side of line resent people arriving on left side and letting the left side in ahead. Especially when right side has been waiting for longer time. Some get angry. Ive seen this happen. ☹️

This is always my go-to car wash and it’s been for about a decade now however last time I went there was still bird poop on my hood, which is fine.. but of course the one time I get the hand dry option the worker must have tried to clean the already baked bird poop and scratched the surrounding area. Luckily they are a little bit worse than a spider web scratch but you would think a person drying the car would know that you can’t dry towel clean bird poop. I later googled how to clean this said bird poop and cleaned it myself with a paper towel and some water. Otherwise I’ll probably be back for an exterior wash, but not for the towel dry.

The best car wash that I have used in the Commack/Huntington area. They are efficient, not too expensive, and they do a stellar job on the interior of the car (better than the hand wash places). Highly recommended.

I brought in my sons car to have the carpets shampooed because he made a pig sty out of it. The manager was courteous and understanding. First they put the car through the car wash to clean the exterior and the tires. Then they cleaned the mats, carpet underneath them and the plastic mats that were in the trunk. I waited in the air conditioned waiting room for the 2 hours tit took to complete the process. The cost was $65 but with my coupon, I paid $50. The man doing all the work more than deserved his tip. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Quick service and very reasonable price for the exterior only wash. The changing colorful lights as you move through the wash were pretty hilarious. If they added some music it would be just like a disco.

I have a monthly membership which motivates me to keep car clean. I vacuum myself. However there are plenty of options; for waxing and interior cleaning and such. I love the membership option for $20.00 monthly its a no brainer!

This is a great place, they really take their time and spend a lot of attention on the inside. I also like that if I am in a rush they offer an express car wash for only $8 and I dont have to get out of my car.

NO personal touch, and very stressful for new drivers who are trying out car washes for the first time. I had my young neice follow me in her car to make it easier, but was thrown off myself when I was immediatly yelled at when I opened my door to ask a question about one of the purchase options.Unlike many places today, here you stay in your car, then when you come through the wash there are no signs, no one there to guide you, and all of the slots where cars were being worked on are completely filled up, so you sit there waiting to get hit by the next car coming out behind you. I had to pull up to the exit going to the main road to get out of the way. What a mess!The guys who wipe down the car dont bother to tell you that your car is done, they just walk away to the next car. The outside was nicely cleaned, but the dashboard and the vacuuming was barely touched.Skip this place--there are cheaper places with more sociable, harder working employees. A favorite brushless one is about a mile or two going south on Rt.100 called Premier Car Wash at 88 Broadhollow Rd, Melville.

They are not only the best car wash I been to but also very honest, they fully covered damage to my rear wiper, twice, it was not totally their fault but never questioned anything and cared more about customer service. I generally like this car wash. Not very pleased today. I guess the crew was rushing and a little off of their game today. Rims aren’t clean and I asked for someone to come back to clean the inside of my door. I’ll try again sometime but not good today.

The worst car wash ever. I bring brand-new white car about five month old. I saw tons of un-removable black dots on roof and drivers side after super wash. Very disappointed!! Three dollars discount makes me probably more than hundreds dollars to remove this black dots. I do NOT recommend to go there.

The wash is not too bad, but the ticket puncher, who you HAVE to go through before the wash, named leo, has a NASTY attitude. My gf and her friends switched, bc of this. Acts like he doing you the favor of letting you come through. Despite notifying the owner numerous times... he has done Nothing. Would not recommend

The only hand wash part is pre rinse and if you choose the hand dry and detailing. The real washing is done by the state of the art modern and clean automated washing rotating poly based soft brushless brushes for lack of better nomenclature. These brushes do not leave swirls or lashed lines as seen in other brushless car washes. Great wash!
