Nice,pleasant helpful. Very professional. Everyone had their masks on. And stayed at least 6ft. apart . We ordered a counter top from them have to wait and see. Im sure we wont be disappointed.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They were knowledgeable about every aspect. They kept me informed on a daily basis on their progress even when it was behind the scenes work. Their work is top notch. The workers were so trusted, I felt comfortable napping while they worked. When we discovered some unexpected complications with cut floor joists, they paired the joists and built a new load bearing wall. All for a fair price. The one time there was a miscommunication on what was included in the original work order they worked with me to resolve it and make sure I was treated fairly. Great work guys!

Cannot say enough good about our new island cabinet and bar area. CK enlarged it to accommodate a new larger cooktop. HOWEVER, the granite provided (Fantasy Brown) is anything BUT brown -- black and gray, which goes with nothing in our home. After carrying around two pieces of Fantasy Brown granite for 3 years, I knew exactly what I wanted. CK apparently deals with only granite suppliers that are out of state where you are shown pictures of the granite, instead of seeing the actual product. MISTAKE!!! (We were told it was coming from Mt. Airy when in fact it came from somewhere in VA.) The day the granite arrived, there was no representative from CK present and only one of the three installers spoke English. I tried without success to reach our designer by phone -- she was in a meeting. I realize now what I should have done was to have refused this product, so its not totally CKs fault. The kitchen is not my vision, is not what I wanted at all, since I had to also change colors of everything due to this gray/black granite. While the granite would be beautiful in a kitchen with white or gray cabinets, it does not blend well with cherry (and my yellows, reds and greens). Disappointed is a total understatement. Good luck and insist on seeing the actual products before purchase.

**Charleston Location**They treated us like low class scum... All because we werent dressed like we had a lot of money. My husband and I were wearing American Eagle clothes but that shouldnt matter, no matter how you are dressed, you should never be judged by the way you look. The guy that waited on us didnt know how much money we had to spend on cabinets. When we first came in, the first cabinets we came to my husband told me to look at them and the salesman said Those are our most expensive cabinets.. Are yall looking for the cheapest? My husband told the salesman No. Not necessarily. By that time we werent going to give them our business. The salesman takes us to the cheap cabinets.. My husband ask for a specific cabinet that isnt all that cheap and the salesman goes to supposedly price it but instead comes back with the price of their cheapest cabinet that we didnt even ask about. My husband asked him if it was for the cabinet he asked about and he said No.. Its for the cheapest cabinet. My husband said I asked you about this cabinet not the cheapest... If my little girl wasnt with us I would have told them you shouldnt judge a book by its cover.. But I kept my mouth shut. Unless you look like you have money dont bother. But even if you do still dont bother. They shouldnt treat people with such disrespect like they did today.

We recently had Creative Kitchens remodel our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier. The designers and installers worked well as a team, listened and responded to our questions and were very professional. Not only did they do a great job, but they came in at the budgeted amount. The dreaded demo was quick and clean. When we came home the demo was done, and kitchen and the house were clean; no sawdust, drywall dust or insulation. We have 2 small dogs and a cat, and the workers watched out for the animals and didn’t let them get loose and even let the dogs out a couple times a day. They went above and beyond in several instances and I know their goal is always to make the customer happy, and they did make us happy.I would highly recommend them to anyone with a tired and outdated kitchen and will certainly call them again if a future home has a kitchen renovation need. Ive heard many kitchen reno horror stories but we have had a highly excellent experience!
