I had Josh From American Service in for my dishwasher repair, he did a great job and professional, fixed my dishwasher same dayI highly recommend American Service and request Josh.

Our Viking oven stopped working. We called American Service and Josh came promptly. He diagnosed the problem (melted connection on the electronics board and got right part installed the next work day. He was polite and efficient. He cleaned up the dirt that came out of the bottom of the oven even though I told him not to bother. A pleasure to deal with Josh and American Services.

We were referred by our neighbor that has used American Service in the past. I must say what an incredible experience. We called his morning and spoke to Michele explaining our Viking oven was no reaching temperature and had lots of holiday cookies to bake. We were able to receive same day service within 3 hours, unheard of.
