Last fall I brought a leaf blower from Prestige. This spring, I couldnt get it started. Chris walked me through a simple way to fix it, even selling me the parts so I could fix it myself. When it still didnt work, I took it in and his mechanics adjusted it, and fixed it...for free! That kind of service is unusual in this day and age. My snow blower broke the second night of the first big snowstorm in two years. Chris did his best to get it back to me as fast as he could, despite the large number of other disabled units caused by the same storm. He even sourced parts outside his normal channel to try to expedite the repair. My unit is too bog to fit in my car, so he has an outside contractor do pickup and delivery at a reasonable price. That gentleman, whos name is Matt responded to my call quickly and kept me up to date via text message on all his arrival time. I highly recommend both Chris and Matt.

Chris could not have been more helpful and friendly. I went in looking for a snow blower before an upcoming storm and he took the time to explain all the ins and outs to me. He was personable without trying to oversell me on anything. With a few options for my needs (gravel driveway) and first time buying, he took the time to even call another store in northport to see what they had so that I was able to purchase the best option for me and my budget. I will absolutely be going back to Chris for all repairs, maintenance and future equipment needs.

Last year I bought an Echo Trimmer from Prestige. It is a terrific product. It was priced fair and does exactly what you would expect. Chris told me to come in when I ran out of trim line so he could show me how to reload it. He said that it was much easier to do than my last trimmer, but much different as well. Yesterday was the day I ran out of trim line. Man! It was so easy and so much better than the last one I had. You dont have to take the base apart to reload it. Thank you again Chris for helping me purchase such a great product! Your customer service is second to none!

As described in all the other reviews, Chris was very helpful in giving advice to select the right make and model for my needs. Chris the owner of Prestige Equipment Center is a tremendous resource and simply the BEST! I met Chris and purchased a Husqvarna chain saw about 6 years ago. I periodically stop in his shop for maintenance/chain replacement or the purchase of new landscape/lawn care equipment. Chris is always personable, prompt and knowledgeable about the equipment. Today, after a brief discussion and Q&A on leaf blowers, I purchased a new Echo blower (same price as local big box store). First snow storm in our new house. Called the gentleman at prestige he told me we would stay open for me. I was set on a 2 stage snowblower. But after talking with them I picked up the snow master Toro single stage. 12 inches of snow was no match for this blower. I would recommend this business to anyone needing assistance. In a world of big corporations. Its nice to have a small shop with people that actually care. Prestige is number one on my list. Keep up the awesome work guys.
