I randomly came in this Saturday morning and was accepted right away even though I had no appointment. The hairstylist was on the phone during the work he did on me. He was in a hurry for the next client, very rude to me, and didnt finish his job properly. It was really disappointing because the place looks so cool and neat. 👎🏻

I had originally schedule an appointment with Jonathan, but the front desk called & stated he was out due to an emergency. so instead i chose Luke for my 6pm appt. i show up at 5:55 & Luke was ready for me afew mins later. Atmosphere in the barbershop is great, Luke was extremely friendly, sociable & a great barber overall . Only thing id be harsh on is the timing. Now this is probably due to lack of experience but my haircut took 2 hours. Again no offense to Luke, cuz this is just me being a harsh critic; he will improve & get much better. It just takes time. I just thought he was too concerned about making sure everything was perfect, therefore took too long. The more clients he sees daily will give him that experience with haircuts..This is probably the salesman in me speaking lol, but he should also be more concerned about his pockets. More clients = more money . GOODLUCK LUKE ! You got this brotha

My first visit to Mikes was fantastic but unfortunately my second one not so great when I walked in the shop I was asked by the young lady at the door if I had an appointment I answered no she told me there was no way I could be seen unless I had one because they were completely booked until closing I walked passed the shop an hour and ten minutes later to see that the shop was completely empty needles to say I felt some sort of way the first time I was there I would say definitely five stars but after what happened the last time Im only giving one star this is not against any of the barbers they are all great at what they do but when your other staff make someone feel unwelcome its very bad for business

The best Barbershop on Long Island. My haircut is always consistent. The people are highly professional, and the atmosphere is classy, and professional. I always get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. They take their time and always get it right the first time. The first time I went to Mike, he pointed out problems that I had with my haircut, and we took measures to fix it. Before you go anywhere else I 100% recommend you go to Mikes Custom Kuts!!

Best barber shop on the island. Super clean and well decorated. Jonathan is by far the best barber, he will fix anything and turn it into a masterpiece. Very detail oriented and understands exactly what you want done. We will be loyal clients of his forever!

Had a gift certificate for a beard trim and a haircut at this location. Easily the best haircut Ive ever had (Thank you Samantha!) and will be going back very soon for another. Facility is spotless and looks great too!
