The h&r block tax specialist was unable to explain with further details the reason why I had to pay so much to the federal. I think they stole more than what I really had to pay because the tax specialist and the assitant that charged me looked odd and kept staring at me as if they wanted me to pay and leave fast. They looked nervous

So I walk in expecting to do my taxes and the female assisting me refuses to do my taxes because I didnt bring in one certain document ...I never had this issue at other h&R block locations very rude and unprofessional .... Telling certain tax document numbers like if I was supposed to know what they ment and when I asked what they ment that person was very hesitant to tell me what they ment .. very very unprofessional
