They are very gental and nice. The nails are a bit pricey but they look and FEEL amazing not like gage or other places. they didnt cut me or made me bleed. I didnt know what color to get and they help me insted of getting mad at me. They let me record for my youtube channel! which was nice

Not a single nip on my toes or fingernails! They are very knowledgeable about nail care. Its very clean, all their tools are clean and properly labeled. I had a relaxing time. Definitely comming back here.

Worst customer service.... salon was empty and I sat there for an hour on a Monday afternoon (never even ended up getting a manicure) kept being told “5 more mins.” So rude and inconsiderate of people’s time...

Came here cause of the designs I saw on the website. Well Ill say the pedicure was great I cant lie. When it came down to my nails that was another story! I said I wanted a Ombre FILL with a few designs. She said sure and then proceeded to cut off my nails!! I quickly stopped her and asked her what she was doing she told me that she was going to do a fullset!! I told her thats not what I asked for and she proceeded to tell me she could only do the design I wanted with a fullset! Told her I didnt want that and just got my nails on tell weeks prior to the fill. She then said she cant do what I wanted without that, which would have been fine if I were informed of that from the beginning and also before she cut my unbroken nail off. She offered to fix it but rushed it to the point where it looked worst than the fill nail I needed to begin with. I had her retake the whole nail off again with acetone and told her Ill go to another place for my fill and to credit me $3 it will cost to fix a broken nail. When it got to the time to pay I showed her the 5% credit off of the entire bill and she proceeded to tell me that was under old management and she would not award the credit. Told her she should take that off cause its now false advertisement... Never will come here again!!

Very unprofessional,and high pricedThe lady was rude she was charging me more than what the price originally was she insisted on me doing full set when i was asking for just a fill.

Very rude the place smelled bad I had to leave . I went to another nail salon down street very nice and satisfying . They lost not only 1 customer but 4 customers
