Please do not come here. The nail tech who did my nails tried to rip me off on a fill for acrylics. I kept telling him he was hurting me and he made me bleed twice. This is the last time I come here. Seriously so rude even when i tried to explain he ignored and told the lady at the cashier to charge me more in their language. Horrible customer service. The people here try to make hispanics/latinos sound stupid. They just command and do not let you speak. Not to mention, they also left glue and residue on my fingers. Do not waste your money here.

I come here to get my eyebrows done and my haircut, love it every time! I think her name is Tracy but she is wonderful. I’ve always had trouble with finding hair stylists that can deal with my hair and don’t charge me extra but this place is exactly that!

They do a good job but their bad customer service overpowers the job they do. They talk very rudely to customers. I guess since the work was good I didn’t care I would hear cust complaining about their rudeness but never did I listen until it happened to me.

Pretty quiet and fast if you go when they open.. prices are a little higher than pre pandemic but reasonably-priced.....I would give them 5 stars if the person working on my ped would not hold conversion with her Co workers

I come here to get my pedicure done. I love how they do it. I always like to go to this certain lady, I dont know her name but she is the oldest one there I believe. She wears glasses and has short hair. She really goes in there to clean your nail up. Very patient and gentle. The salon is a bit out dated and dirty.

I never like giving a low rating. I came in for a regular man haircut and a asian gentleman told me to sit down. There were two females for nail treatment and when they went I thought I was next but no. Countless other females come to the shop they got attended right away. I know I am male but very rude to have someone wait for a long time. So I took my business elsewhere.

The only reason why Im giving one star is because the nail tech who did my nails seemed liked he really tried. But I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they look square with a much needed fill. Some are shorter than others, from the side view they look very bumpy. This place is empty for a reason.

When I first starting coming here I would like it they did it nice and it was cheap. And today on 3/17/19 I saw two coakroaches on the work station I was sitting at and the lady thinks it’s gunny and laughs. It was disgusting and then a lady doing my moms nails messed them she had put regular when we clearly told her that we were getting gel. And then they had to re do them. Shouldn’t they “PROFFESIONALS” and know what they’re doing. And then shouldn’t they have the prices up on the chart! Horrible and disappointing work!!! STAY AWAY!

I have been coming here for two years! Always get my nails done gel! I’ve been so happy here I’m like basically a loyal customer but I just came in today because my gel cracked literally the day after and I came in for a fix and the guy tells me he’s going to charge me 4 dollars to fix it just because my nail chipped off from the corner and said I was lying that I probably hit my nails or bumped it almost screaming at me even though I came less than 24 hours I loved it here a lot and not because of the customer service because it’s horrible but because I don’t really know any other place but it is really messed up and they tend to treat people really bad sometimes just don’t come here they really don’t deserve their customers and honestly 4$ for one nail to be put gel is over priced lol

Place deserves a 0 to be honest. The guy who did my pedicure had a nasty attitude and half assed it. And then the massage chair didnt work and the lady told me 10. I gave her a 20 and she took 13 and didnt want to give me my money back.

Very picky Nail Salon critic here. . . Ive tried a lot of nail salons around in the area and this one is by far the BEST! They have charts with different nail shapes of your taste. All you have to do is point to the one you want and Voilà just like that its al your fingertips.They dont have a very good selection of regular nail polish so if your thinking about it. . .bring your own.Huge selection of gel polish though :-). Hope this helps!

I went in today, tony was the person who did my nails. WORST experience ever!!!!! The nails dont even have a shape. Not only that he ended up being super rude! If it was up to me they wouldnt even get a star! Not satisfied!!

Absolutely love it! My nails are always so fab. Except for the ladys that do the toes theyre always so rude and always looking at everybody ugly. Tracy does an amazing job with hair and eyebrows. Highly reccomend it except when you do your toes

I came to this place by recommendation. This material they use for their acrylic nails is cheap My nail literally broke within the second day. I paid $39 dollars for gel acrylic HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! As well as the nail tech was very rude and offensive. also the nails were very crooked when they placed them on.When i took off my acrylics it left my nails worse very thin and horrible. I dont recommend it. STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

I been going there to do my eyebrows for 3 years already. They usually charge 6 dollars to was eyebrows and today they wanted to pay double since I was going to pay with a debit card. I talked to the owner and i asked him if I can go get money from the bank his across the street and he told me to leave my phone and I said i cant I need my phone to communicate with my mom since I am under age and he said well I cant do nothing you are going to have to stay here until you pay. So I called my mom and told her and she told me to ask him to come to the bank with me (my mom was at work in covina) and he said no so my mom told me to just go get the money and come back and I got my card and told him Ill be back and he said i am going to call 911 and I said okay Im just going to get my money and he took his phone out and we taking pictures of me. When i returned to give him the money he didnt even say thank you and he was editing my picture i asked him to delete my pictures and he did he had an iPhone so he had a recently deleted file so I told him to delete it from there to he tried making me look dumb by saying he deleted it from there too so I pulled it out and he still had them and he deleted them then i asked for a recite and he started laughing and said i cant give you one and I said okay can you at least sign a paper showing that I payed becsuse I dont want any problems and he said no. I then asked for his name and he said for what and I said i have rights to know your name and he was like no you dont have any rights and so I just snapped a picture of him and walked out.

I dont trust no other person cutting my hair.Tony is my go to for nails always does exactly what you TELL him you want and does it right.For feet Kim is mean af but she does everything so perfect hahaa!!EDIT ******So tonight Tony was in a big rush I waited my turn but because he was hurrying through doing my refill he over filed my actual nail and it chipped. I told him it hurt and that he chipped my nails so if he could fix it and he kicked me out of the chair. I tried to reason with him as to why he was treating me that way and in front of everyone (and the girls waiting for him) he argued with me. He disrespected me, and cussed me out. To top all of it off Michael, the salon owner, allowed all of it and still MADE me pay full price. Talk about customer service. That was absolutely humiliating! Basically Id recommend not going there unless its to see Tracy. I dont think anyone should be treated that way, especially being a loyal customer that has refered MANY family members and friends and had been a good customer for close to 5 years.
