If I could give a negative score rating I would. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BODY SHOP AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!! They kept my Bentley for over 7 months and during that time they kept telling me that the parts they were waiting for was out of stock and on back order. I called the Bentley dealership parts department and all the parts were abundantly in stock so I went and purchased them myself and took them to the body shop (same day). Remind you they had already been paid from my insurance company in full for these parts months in advance. When I asked for them to repay me for the parts because they was already paid for by my insurance company, they were hesitant all of a sudden the owner wasnt there even though his truck was parked in the front and I saw him in the back hiding in his office. Finally, almost 2 or 3 weeks later I got 2 checks for the parts (idk why they couldnt just give me one check). I immediately took the checks to their bank and was told that the bank couldnt cash them because the body shop didnt have enough funds in their account and to go back to the body shop for some other form payment. The bank agent also told me that I wasnt the first person to come in with that problem from that body shop. I went back (same day) and the owner asked me to give him another week and he will have cash for me. While I was at the shop their was another customer that was there with the same problem and was very upset. He stated that Als body shop had used his money that he paid to fix his car for somebody else car and didnt have the funds anymore to fix his car and that they were waiting to be paid from that other person then they can get to his car. I grew up in Huntington Park so when my vehicle needed work done I knew I had to come here. Great customers service, speedy service and last but definitely not least Great prices!!! Wouldnt take my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee anywhere else!

If your doing a quick insurance claim then this place is fine. But if its coming out of your pocket go somewhere else, these guys took 9 months to do some minor rust repair and paint the car. Then they want almost 5 thousand for it, they cut corners, not worth the headache.

The people are very professional and kind. I had my suv there for a major accident they were straight to the point on getting me informed and written up to get me a rental car as quick as possible. they notified on a parts delay which was great and still delivered the car under there recommended date. the truck came out beautiful they detailed the entire suv complimentary. will definitely go back again.

This is the least professional body shop I have ever been to, If you are reading this because youre planing to take your car for services here DONT, My son took his car to this shop to fix the back bummper because a vehicle had hit him and their insurance were paying for the work while my son was there he decide to change his front bumper as well paying out of his pocket $700 just for the installation because he paid a additional $700 just for the bumper . First they are very bad with timing they told my son the car would be ready on Friday (He dropped it off on Monday ) when he went on Friday there was no work done to the car yet they asked him to come back on Wednesday and yet again the car was not ready on Wednesday they asked us to go back again on Friday when we went the car was still not ready and we had to wait 2 hours for them to finish . As soon as we saw the front bumper we could tell there was something wrong steve the guy that was helping us told me that it did not come out right but that we could take it back so he could fix it, Today I took it back to get it fix before it gets worse and steve was not there but I had allready talked to him and he said to take it .when I got to the body shop no one knew what was going on they had no clue there was a problem to start with I explain to them what was going on and they kept making me talk to different people then they began to be very rude with me . The OWNER of the body shop came to talk to me and said he could not help because I did not have a convartion with him to start with and he told me that they dont even do that kind of work and the only way they could fix it was by doing a Micky Mouse . I find it so hard to believe That the owner of a shop has no control over the work his employees do, I told them I was going to leave me car so they could fix it and then the receptionist came out allmost shouting that we could not leave it and that if anything happened to the car they were not resposibale I then asked one of the guys if he could take the car out for me and he was about to and the receptionist came out again and began to shout at him to give me the car keys back he told her Im just going to take the car out for her and again she shouted to him guillermo give her back the key I then told him it was fine I didnt want him to get in trouble . This place is just awful I now have to take them to small claim and waist my time to fix something that was so simple to fix Again save your self the headace and AVIOD ALS BODY SHOP

Must say incredible quality on my wifes car, service from the front desk Karitza was awesome!!!
