I made my decision to purchase based on three criteria: Product performance; Sales presentation and knowledge; and Price. My salesman, was fantastic in his knowledge of his brand and the competitors and was the deciding factor as to which brand and company I chose. The product, price and warranty objectives I required were met by Jay and his company and the installers were fast, cordial and tidy. I will recommend Jay and Andy’s Heating and Air Conditioning (once already) to all that will listen to me!

My AC stopped working at the beginning of summer last year. I called them and one tech came in to have a look and worked hard to diagnose the issue. I decided to replace the unit and bought a new unit. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, courteous and did a clean job..

I called & ask for the price for repair the furance and the technician asked me questions to understand the situation & gave me some advice on what might be the problem. Also, he suggested a maintenance plan which is more cost effective. While we were considering, my furance doesnt have the noisy noise so we dont need the plan last year. I think my sister-in-law has used their service too & the comment is good too.

I booked a job online and received a call back within a few hours. Andrew dropped in the following day and did a thorough and professional job. Communication was excellent and service reliable and timely.
