Returned an item and the lady at the reception simply said that the amount will go back to my credit card . I asked for a receipt so I have a record and she said none . Strange that when you purchase they issue a very long receipt but when it’s time to return and ask for a refund, they don’t issue .It’s been almost a week and still nothing on my card. I called to follow up status and wasTold that their printer for returns don’t work and that I should have gone to their cashier to get my money back .I replied why was this not explained when I returned the item ??? The lady replied I don’t know what she told you but this is the process .I know you don’t practice good customer service maybe because that’s your company ‘s orientation.

During the pandemic I have been able to go to both the Huntington Beach location and Santa Ana location. The staff is wonderful! Extremely helpful since I am not familiar with either location. I thank you for making my shopping experience comfortable and productive!

Great place

Lovely seafood and even better cocktails in a superlative setting with stellar service. We enjoyed our New Years Day dinner and drinks here. Our waitress, and Kevin, really looked after us and we enjoyed his company. This was one of the highlights of our holiday! Worth every penny would definitely go back again and recommend to all of my friends.

I love this place! The business started to let non member (or non business) shop here since covid-19, after the lockdown. The crews are always friendly and helpful. The quality and the prices are always pretty great!

Todays manager was very disrespectful to my wife and I. We took back some rice we purchase a few months back. One bag we open last week and found small bugs in the rice. We had a second bag we left the bag seal and try contacting the brand after several calls and no reply we took both bags back to restaurant depot.This manager started to raise his voice we told him we didnt money back just wanted him to be aware. At the end he said he will us 50% on any rice purchase. We notice the brand we purchase was not in stock.Restaurant Depot you need to do better training your manager to be respectful and to listen to the customer we are returning customer and we would never be this disrespectful to a customer. The 50% discount was a good gesture but after the fact.

An awesome place to shop. Not open to the public put you can get a one Day Pass. A cross between a Home Depot and a Costco. HUGE place, stocked with every restaurant or home needs you could ever think of. Wear a jacket tho if you want produce, meat or cheeses. Purchased gloves on my visit. Masks also available and sanitizers too.

I have a complaint against Geo Garcia, who is the manager of the location in Huntington Beach, CA.On 3/28/20 I called to ask if they had fresh salmon in stock. The woman on the phone kept me on hold for 10 minutes while she checked. She told me that had it and I asked her to confirm twice to make sure I didn’t drive for nothing.When I arrived there the seafood aisle was almost empty and there was no one there. I went to the front desk to ask the manager and he said, “there was no fresh salmon these days.” When I explained that the woman on the phone confirmed that they had it in stock he simply said it was a mistake. I said that I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and drove 20 minutes for a mistake and he replied angrily, “Yes, mistake,” and proceeded to ignore me. He did not even look up from the monitor to address me or apologize.I understand that everyone makes mistakes and the current situation is causing everyone stress. The manager is supposed to represent the company but he failed with his rude attitude and actions. He seems to have no ability to do his job and show customers that they are valued. I hope to not seem him as a manager.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to find most of my needs. Prices are convenient comparing with the regular grocery stores. I also find the packaging solutions they offer are kind of useful. Id love to see more of the speciality brands

I was held up at the receiver in Hawthorne, Ca and I come to check in here, all I asked the woman is where would you like me to stage since I am late. Not because of me but I understand, she tells me again I’m late just park somewhere and I’ll call you. Which I’m trying to explain to this woman. I honestly believe whoever the CEO is for this company is, they should look into how their company is ran. 05/04/20 @ 1:35pm.

Wanted to go at 7AM, didnt get there until 9AM. Had a good experience. No TP nor paper towels at first. Then saw a forklift coming out of the back with cases of TP and paper towels. Fun place to go to. There have been many complaints about the checkers. Ours was pleasent, nice and friendly.

Coming here now by 2 years and no issues at all even if there’s any resolved at the same time. All items are available and for the new shoppers might be little confusing, but you will remember the next time.

The mask should be mandatory for everyone.On the 31st, he visited the place and a Chinese man without a mask was walking and nobody said anything to him.

Great prices on a lot of products BUT requires membership to get into the store. Membership requires that you have a business so if you dont, good luck getting inside or buying anything. If you can get in, prices are reasonable for wholesale products and buying everything in bulk. They carry everything that a restaurant needs to run whether fast food or full service.

This is the new location Dundee they closed down the shop in fountain valley. Great quality products at consistent low prices. The place is so large it has its own map. We came and spent 2 hours looking at all of their inventory.You can get a membership if you own a restaurant or are a part of a 503c charitable organization such as a church.

Prices are good, but I swear to God every time I go to check out, it makes me nuts. Sometimes theres a line into the aisles of the store and theyll only have one checker. If they have multiple checkers and its busy, its like playing the lottery when youre choosing which line to get it. Nothing more frustrating than getting in the line and then watching three other people who got in a different line after you leave the building while youre still waiting !!! I wish they would get smart and create one line that goes to the next available checker!! So goddamn frustrating. That one issue is why I only use them when I have to. It takes way too much time to check out then you feel like a chump when you choose the crappy line.

The cashier Bernice was EXTREMELY rude! Before I even got up there she told her co worker “I’ve already had enough today” also telling (more like screaming at) another cashier to “shut up” when he asked her a question... so straight away I was uncomfortable and knew she was going to be rude! She scanned my card and it didn’t go through (she turned the screen at me and gestured to it rudely) so I had my husband go back to the end of the line while I went to the front to fix it so I wasn’t keeping anyone waiting.. took two seconds to fix my card and I joined my husband in line. The moment it was our turn again she slide in a “lane closed sign” right when we WALKED UP TO THE REGISTER and told us to get into another line. I told her “you had me go get my card fixed, I move my cart to get back in line as not to waste your time but then you close the lane when it’s my turn again?” To which she responds “Yup!” while pointing at the sign.. She then proceeded to walk away bad mouthing me, when Id done nothing wrong to her from the start.

Great to buy supplies for your restaurant, but dont expect to much assistance here. There seems to be a disconnect between the store and the equipment department as well.

Marvin the manager is great so are the other employees like Galindo, Ana, and Eva.

Please avoid this place !!The Worst customer service and cashiers EVER!!!Only one employee with glass lady knows how to handle customer service! The most confused and mismnaged place I have ever seen. Unfortunatley I have to go there a lot. God oh mighty if you ever need a price check or if you need to get someone to find you an item you might as well be there for another extra hour.

This place is not open to the public. Its only open to businesses and mainly restaurants.

For some reason this place has more expensive pricing than the other restaurant Depots Ive been to. Management could not explain why so I left without purchasing my typical $1,000 worth of goods.
