Left my father their number to contact them regarding blade sharpening. My father’s English isn’t the greatest but can still communicate just fine and who ever answered immediately says “I don’t speak to people who don’t speak English. Bye!!!” and hangs up. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, 0/5 wouldn’t recommend.

Spoke to a guy that said he is the owner. Can’t believe how rude he was. He even used profanity toward me and even hung up on me. The guy even spoke down to me. Zero stars if I could!
